I am extremely disappointed with HFM. I requested a withdrawal yesterday and I am still waiting with no update, no assistance, and no urgency from their side. The support team keeps passing me around with no clear answers or solutions. When it’s time to deposit, everything is quick and smooth, but when it comes to withdrawals, the experience is completely different. Live chat doesn’t help, emails are ignored, and there is no proper feedback. At this point, I strongly advise anyone to think twice before depositing with HFM. My experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, especially when it comes to accessing my own funds.

It’s been almost a year since I made a deposit through HFM Deposit on December 11, 2024, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I have provided all the proof and evidence of the completed transaction, yet the company keeps claiming they haven’t received the funds. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper support, no updates, and no resolution from the company. Their dispute team has been “investigating” for nearly a year now with no clear communication or outcome. This kind of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I trusted this company, but the lack of accountability and response has made me lose all confidence in them. I strongly advise others to be cautious before depositing funds with this platform.
I gave several calls to the customer service for support on internal transfer of my funds and each time I called, I was attended to with warmth and respect till I have a breakthrough on the issue. It makes me have more confidence in HFM.
Well i must say that this is the best broker why?! Cuz the minimum deposit is okay to help beginners start with a small amount and they can even use a cent acc bt I have prob with the spread pls work on the spread it too much and can easily blow an acc bt besides that it best broker and thank u for the free education
