I'll give 2 stars because the withdrawal is 15 - 30 mins but it is way more than that Sometimes 2 hrs and the customer care representative doesn't reply swiftly
Headway is Goated You might have been using other brokers and think headway won’t even matter but trust me headway are so underrated Their withdrawal speed alone although it needs to improve as 5 minutes is a long time to wait Their spread on normal pairs and zero spread on btc made me fall in love with them more
Headway is very trusted broker. Withdrawal and deposit fast and all’s good.
Headway stopped all trading during news event… headway stopped my orders and the market generally stopped moving in headway server…. It was news time I couldn’t open new trades I couldn’t close my current positions I couldn’t even see my trades… I have the video evidence of the glitch that happened to me and when I told them they stop responding to me…. Dont trade news with headway be careful when your investing in headway their demo account works all the time but their real account will suddenly freeze
Deposit and withdrawal processes are slow. Asking me to provide a bank statement to prove i really deposit via my account which is just a red flag for me. I don't trust this broker 100%. The spread also is wide and lots more .
This broker STOLE my profits! I deposited $498, traded gold (XAUUSD) and made over $1,900 PROFIT. My balance was $2,405.20 — CLEARLY shown in my account. But when I requested withdrawal, Headway CANCELLED all profits with a fake “compensation” entry of –$2,405.20. They wiped out everything and left me with nothing. 👉 This is FRAUD. They lure traders with bonuses, but the moment you win big, they cancel your profits and block your withdrawal. ⚠️ DO NOT trust Headway. They are thieves in disguise, not a real broker. Stay far away or you WILL lose your money.
