SCAM WARNING: Withdrawal Friction Tactics led to Capital Loss "WARNING to all Nigerian traders: Headway (hw.site) uses a predatory tactic called 'withdrawal friction.' I requested withdrawals for my capital and profits (Transaction IDs: 4211595 and 4213319) starting at 3:39 AM. Despite their '30-minute' guarantee, they held my funds 'Pending' for hours with no valid reason. I contacted support multiple times (Agent Annisa), but I was met with scripted lies and stalling tactics designed to keep my money on the platform. Because they blocked my access to my own capital, I remained exposed to the market and lost everything. Account IDs: NGN 15576115 and USD 15377762. They do this intentionally so you stay in the market and lose your balance back to them. I have full screenshots of the chat logs and the pending transactions. I am filing a formal misconduct report with the FSCA (License 52108). DO NOT DEPOSIT here unless you want your withdrawals blocked until your account is zeroed out."

Headway hold my assets on their platform. I have deposited my wallet using virtual cards that linked to virtual accounts and they asked me to provide the statement of the accounts, but the accounts and cards are virtual it's hardly to get the statement of the accounts, then I have provided the other requirements like they requested from me except that statement. But they refused to release my assets at all. Please avoid them they are not trustworthy. I will report to the authority's at the end.
2 concerns, 1. I have my very profitable automated trading system that prints money on XAUUSD demo but collapses on real. I don't understand why. This really presses small capital traders that get fired up from demo results but accounts get blown faster than a blink on real accounts. Do a better job simulating real conditions on demo for the sake of your clients sanity. 2. I participated in the Gold Rush contest, please make the rules more clear. I thought changing e-mails would beat the system to have a number of goes at it because it's not clearly stated in the rules. You should maybe update that in the Terms and conditions. I lead the contest then got disqualified on the last day. I learnt my lesson but it will help new future participants.

I deposited some money to take a Tuesday 9/12/25 trade through mobile money. It didn't go through and failed, but my money had already been deducted but didn't reflect on my MT5. Today is Thursda y 11/12/25. I have been contacting customer service with all the evidence. All they are telling me is to be patient, that the finance team is working on it. I feel tired waiting.

I have not had any major issues Since I started to trade with HeadWay One thing I enjoy most about trading HeadWay is that they allow traders deposit and start trading with at as low as 2,000 NGN. Although, as a Day Trader, I'm not satisfied with the spread on Currency Pairs they can improve on the spread on Currency pairs, make it tighter (most brokers leave spread within 0.3 to 0.5 Pips). The HeadWay Mobile App doesn't accommodate the IB Dashboard, one has to log into the Website Platform to access his IB Dashboard, they should also look into that

The spread on cent account is alarming. I set stop loss and TP on my trade but my stop loss was ignored during news and I lost more than I risked.
