Headway are terrible , I sent my initial tp, then the news started they did a spike while it was normal on trading view , it spiked to my tp yet you did not close it now that it got to my tp normally without any spike , it was still not closed , HEADWAY will make you to be a poor and unprofitable trader , HEADWAY ARE SCAMMERS !! As you have read the title, STAY FAR CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM!!!! I am writing this review to warn every single trader out there: DO NOT TRUST HEADWAY! They are nothing but scammers who will steal your money in broad daylight. Here is exactly what happened to me: I requested a WITHDRAWAL OF $195 from my account. What did Headway do? They DECLINED it. Then they DECLINED IT AGAIN. No valid reason, no proper explanation – just "Missed information". And here is where it gets even worse – while I was fighting to get MY money back, TWO UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS appeared on my account (Deposit bonus debit -$40 and -$60). I have NO ONE ELSE accessing my account. This was done by Headway themselves! When I contacted their so-called "customer care", they had the audacity to FALSELY ACCUSE ME of having someone else access my account. They are trying to shift the blame onto me to cover up their own theft! I have all the evidence – screenshots of my transaction history showing the declined withdrawals, the unauthorised transactions, and their pathetic excuses. Headway is a well-structured trap designed to take your money. They manipulate trades, block withdrawals, and close accounts without accountability. Multiple users have reported the exact same issues – withdrawal refusals, unexplained delays, and balances being drained. DO NOT BE FOOLED by their fake "regulated" label. their $150 bonus that gives $15 per day for trading is a big scam. It's a big wastage of time and resources. They promised max withdrawal of $100. The $15 for 7 days is just $105 and not $150. Made the total sum of $92 for the 7 days with the total lot of 0.39. I was asked to spin and their spin stopped at 0.66. They multiplied 0.39 by 0.66 making 0.25. and they said amount i can withdraw is $0.25. I studied the chart of every instrument given to trade with, did thorough analysis, waited patiently hours before executing any trade, did this for 7 good days. They said, if i want to withdraw my full profit $92, i have to deposit and trade with 29.9 lot size, how on earth is that possible when i'm not trading with $200,000. Pls everyone should runaway from Headway broker. They are scammers
My experience with Headway Prop Firm has been disappointing. During their promotional program, I discovered hidden rules that were not clearly disclosed upfront. This creates an unfair environment for traders and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead participants. Transparency and honesty are essential in trading, but these practices undermine trust. I cannot recommend this firm until they change their approach and make all rules clear and accessible.
SCAM WARNING: Withdrawal Friction Tactics led to Capital Loss "WARNING to all Nigerian traders: Headway (hw.site) uses a predatory tactic called 'withdrawal friction.' I requested withdrawals for my capital and profits (Transaction IDs: 4211595 and 4213319) starting at 3:39 AM. Despite their '30-minute' guarantee, they held my funds 'Pending' for hours with no valid reason. I contacted support multiple times (Agent Annisa), but I was met with scripted lies and stalling tactics designed to keep my money on the platform. Because they blocked my access to my own capital, I remained exposed to the market and lost everything. Account IDs: NGN 15576115 and USD 15377762. They do this intentionally so you stay in the market and lose your balance back to them. I have full screenshots of the chat logs and the pending transactions. I am filing a formal misconduct report with the FSCA (License 52108). DO NOT DEPOSIT here unless you want your withdrawals blocked until your account is zeroed out."

Headway hold my assets on their platform. I have deposited my wallet using virtual cards that linked to virtual accounts and they asked me to provide the statement of the accounts, but the accounts and cards are virtual it's hardly to get the statement of the accounts, then I have provided the other requirements like they requested from me except that statement. But they refused to release my assets at all. Please avoid them they are not trustworthy. I will report to the authority's at the end.
2 concerns, 1. I have my very profitable automated trading system that prints money on XAUUSD demo but collapses on real. I don't understand why. This really presses small capital traders that get fired up from demo results but accounts get blown faster than a blink on real accounts. Do a better job simulating real conditions on demo for the sake of your clients sanity. 2. I participated in the Gold Rush contest, please make the rules more clear. I thought changing e-mails would beat the system to have a number of goes at it because it's not clearly stated in the rules. You should maybe update that in the Terms and conditions. I lead the contest then got disqualified on the last day. I learnt my lesson but it will help new future participants.

I deposited some money to take a Tuesday 9/12/25 trade through mobile money. It didn't go through and failed, but my money had already been deducted but didn't reflect on my MT5. Today is Thursda y 11/12/25. I have been contacting customer service with all the evidence. All they are telling me is to be patient, that the finance team is working on it. I feel tired waiting.
