Keep asking for more money without allowing me to keep what I make. I am grateful that Coupgatės made sure I received everything back.
A group of crooks tried to get my elderly uncle to invest nearly his entire life savings. He initially invested 4000 euros,but the fund manger kept pushing to invest more.Luckily Nattissa securities where placed at the right to when he discovered it's a big scam and recover his initial deposit.Because when he wasn't comfortable with the pressure of investing more he asked for a refund. Over a month has passed not a single cent sent to him. Beware of this company fraudulent activities and keep off.
Opened my basic account in 2023 and have now built it up to be "worthy" of "Silver" status with dedicated Account Manager. My proof of ID is still unverfied. Now I need to withdraw some monies to avoid bankruptcy. No obvious way to do this. Tried to contact Handelex by Livechat - No response E-mail - No response Telephone - Number not available No clue how to resolve and no way to contact Handelex. HELP!
SCAMMERS!! As some previous reviewers, all appeared good at first. Then gradually became pushy to invest larger amounts & open accounts with multiple other companies to transfer money through. Got suspicious so I stalled investing more money. Then one day I found I couldn't access my account. Emailed the 'account manager' twice with no response. Emailed customer helpline numerous times - no response. Phoned 'UK helpline' - nothing but continuous music - no answer.Account not accessible & balance lost. PLEASE AVOID!!
Should be minus 5 rating. I am just updating you all as to where I am with Handelex. Please read my reviews on 13th and 26th September. Yesterday I tried to log in to my account to find I could not. There was still $384 in the account but I would have needed my account manager to withdraw and as it looks like they have closed my account I have no chance of getting anything. Please do not invest with these horrible, uncaring people who are nothing but thieves. Total scam $31000
Just to warn everyone about this company. If you notice, so many people have had their account money completely disappear immediately they ask for a withdrawal. If this was a real company, you would not have to ask them to withdraw your own money, in fact, when you ask for a withdrawal, it has to go back to the person who deals with you for their permission.... yes that's right. Then within a second the money disappears and they blame you for touching the account and making a bad decision, even though you never touched anything as they are the ones who make the decisions. They then offer to recuperate your money, of course you must put in more money hahaha. These are very clever experienced scammers, who push you to make fantastic deals that are never honoured. They took £24000 from me. Also these excellent reviews come immediately after they have seen a scam review, and they send a load of excellent ones, maybe paid for or possibly part of the fraud, who knows, but definetly false, as I've experienced their scams. It's being dealt with now. Never believe the BS they give you. Better be safe than sorry ... go to a real person you can meet with an office and staff that are registered, if you want help, but sometimes much better to stay clear of them all.This is all my own experience and what I've read of identical people having exactly the same problems from Trustpilot reviews. My observations have been accurate as to what has happened every time a bad review was put up, as immediately loads of excellent reviews went up immediately. It can be checked by trust pilot themselves. Much too suspicious, and in my experience, quite impossible as they take many peoples money. They also might do that to get rid of the many bad reviews, as it pushes the bad reviews out of view. This is in reply to Handelex always trying to stop the reviews going though.
This company was all very welcoming to begin with when my wife opened an account with them and initially all was fine. We were investing as a hope of raising funds for our daughter. We increased the investment and were again getting good results on an investment of £20k plus. Then when we were ready to invest more following advice from the rep from Handelex Nationwide red flagged it as problematic. The previous transactions were through another means. This was confirmed when our funds magically disappeared when we tried to withdraw. I have the screen grab showing our trying to withdraw the equivalent of $28k.I would advise do not use in the strongest way possible. We are still out of pocket with this. I have now been asked for additional information in respect of this review. On 6 Mar 2023 at 19:06my wife attempted to with draw as was shown on the account $28,000 is dollars as we had capped our losses on the investment in line with what the Handelex representative said we could do. When we attempted to withdraw my wife suddenly got messages from the rep saying to the effect ‘I’ve just been told what’s gone on’ and her account showed a nil balance and the money was never received. I can send full details via e-mail if required if the text message history etc. Many Thanks
I am no new to trading, have been playing this field for almost 7 years. I joined Handelex because their reputation speaks for itself. I like to take big risks when managing my trades, I an not doing any day trading but focusing on mid-long terms trades. In a good year I can make only 5-6 trades, but big ones. I wen ahead and opened a gold account, funded it with 30K lost some of it but had two big trades coming that covered my losses and brought my account to profit point. Apparently someone at Handelex decided that due to "highly risky activity on your account" they are reducing my leverage from 1:200 to 1:20!! Talking about limiting the risk on my account so I won't loose too much and some other BS. With all due respect to Handelex executives these are MY FUNDS and I'll shall do with them as I please! I was well aware of the risks and was willing to loose my balance if it happened, I don't need anyone babysitting my trying to "make sure you won't face heavy looses"! I withdrew all my funds and opened an account elsewhere. As long they will not get my leverage to what is was I will not go back so they can forget about me as a client!
If you are looking for a safe environment for trading, I highly recommend using Handelex. Their platform act and feels like it was specially designed to cater my need with it's easy to navigate interface. The range of assets is wide enough to choose from, and their customer support is very helpful, making my whole experience stress free.
My first impression is positive, I made a deposit a few weeks ago, lost some of my trades then managed to earn it back and made a few withdrawals, so for now nothing special but nothing bad at this point. spreads are average, no swaps commissions. Good platform overall.

To be honest at first I was not aware about their terms and conditions, I had a lot of questions in my mind and started to doubt if this is really for me but then my account manager called and provided all the information I needed. I very much appreciated the fact that he was very open and clear right from the start so I decided to give them a real chance. I opened a silver account and started trading mainly on BTC ETH and AUD pairs, made a couple of test withdrawals and reinvested my earnings. I am very pleased with them so far.
I haven't faced any issues so far. The platform is very easy to use and I managed to get the best terms possible for my account (low spreads and reduced commissions). For the past 7 months I been getting really nice returns, I already got my initial investment back so at this point I am withdrawing profits on a monthly basis while keeping enough money on my account to keep trading. Basically I am in "no risk zone" so overall I am really satisfied.

Making money through online trading has always been appealing to me. I first learned about it a year ago, I read dozens if not hundreds of articles on the subject and decided to jump in and see how it goes. I joined several platforms and even managed to lose some of my investments but it didn't stop me. I knew that persistence and education are key to my inevitable success. I recently joined Handelex and started trading here and ever since I made some serious returns. I can't honestly say that it's all related to the platform as I gained most of my experience already before joining, But I do find some qualities on this platform that really gave me an edge as oppose to other platforms. The customer support is a perfect reflection of the company in this case. I was assigned to Steve my account manager who keeps close contact with me, always making sure we are on the same page regarding my account expectations. I feel like I am getting a VIP treatment even though I am not a "high roller" (at least not yet). I can only be thankful for my recent success and hope this will last for the long terms.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed quickly never had any issues. I pay the lowest commissions possible and get very tight spreads. Excellent customer service. Definitely deserve my 5 stars rating
Working with Handelex (especially with my account manager Jack) has changed my whole investing experience to a positive one. Their service is truly exceptional, first time I am working with a broker who actually knows what he is talking about!! I have delt with other brokers in the past but non of them managed to make me feel comfortable. I am highly impressed so far and would recommend anyone to try them.
I only have three priorities when it comes to choosing a suitable trading platform: deposits and withdrawals processing time and order execution. Been trading here for a long time I can confidently say all this is confirmed.
I started using Handelex for a while and I must say customer service is just amazing. My friend introduced me to Handelex as I was totally new to this world and needed a safe and reliable platform to start with. I never Believed in investing or trading before but somehow he convinced me to try it out with small amount as he had been doing it for a very long time. 4 months in and I am happy I listened to him and took action instead of wondering what could have happened.
