Here Below Is A Detailed History of How It All Began, Even Attached Above Is A Detailed Statement Of My Trading Account (806059487): I made a Deposit of $1,600 on 27th May, 2022, and a Deposit Bonus of $1,600 was Credited to My Balance. Then I made a profit of $1,567.50 at first, and I didn't withdraw my profit. When I started trading again, I made another profit of $6,531.00. Total Balance in my account at this point becomes $11,290.05, inclusive of GWX Deposit Bonus of $1,600. Then I placed a withdrawal of $5,000 on 8th June, 2022, and GWX Removed the Deposit Bonus of $1,600 from my account, and I was Credited with $5,000 that I withdrew, leaving a Balance of $4,698.50 in my account, exclusive of GWX Deposit Bonus. After few trading sessions without GWX Bonus, I decided to place a withdrawal of $1,500.., but GWX told me that I must complete 32 Lot Size before I can withdraw all or any part of my money.. I accepted there condition and then, I started the journey of completing 32 Lot Size, in the process I made some profits and huge loses too..., After completing the more than the 32 Lot Size they requested, with each trade session lasting more than 5mins, at the end what was left in my Balance was $4,127. I then placed a withdrawal of all the $4,127 on Wednesday 20th of July, 2022 at 11:31:41am Nigerian Time, and GWX immediately, deducted the $4,127 from my Trading Account. Then I waited for 3 banking days, for GWX to pay me, and I was not paid, then I started contacting my Account Manager, and he said I should email finance and africa-support @GWX, and remind them, though I have previously emailed both of them notifying them about my withdrawal. But for complete 7 Banking Days, I never got any reply from them, despite sending them email on a daily basis asking why I have not been paid. Only for me to get an email from Dispute Greenwavex on Monday 1st of August, 2022, after 13 days GWX deducted the withdrawn amount from my Trading Account, that my profit have been pulled back/cancelled, that I was involved in 'Bonus Hunting' activities according to paragraph 14 of there Terms and Conditions. I have been sending them email (finance, africa-support and dispute @greenwavex), to explain and proof to me how I was involved in 'Bonus Hunting' activities, when I was trading without any Bonus in my account, because they have removed there Bonus following the initial withdrawal that I made. *My question to them was, how can a Client without Bonus in his account be involved in 'Bonus Hunting' activities?* But they have refused to respond to me. Please, I am calling on you, to pease call on GWX to immediately pay me my money, because they have refused to reply and respond to my emails. I call on GWX to immediately without delay pay me my money as I was not involved in any Bonus Hunting Activity, as this is only a ploy to scam me of my money.. Kind Regards Dr. Obasi Udochukwu
