Summary
Multiple reviewers report that GPSWISS is the rebranded successor of Razormarkets and describe consistent scam patterns: unsolicited WhatsApp ads and links, high-pressure phone calls from agents (names reported include James Bennett, Ahmed Salam, Jason Timothy and others), small initial deposits followed by repeated requests for larger sums, “verification,” manager or fine fees that keep increasing, loan demands, and “mirror” or “bridge” transactions that are used to extract more money in order to supposedly process withdrawals. Many say withdrawals are blocked or impossible — even for small amounts — until more payments are made, and some allege trades shown are fake numbers on a screen. Victims report aggressive tactics, fabricated documents, fake lawyer or recovery stories, demo wallets used to deceive, phone numbers and emails going dead and websites returning errors, and attempts to have critics remove negative reviews. Losses reported range from hundreds to tens of thousands of pounds (examples include ~£500, ~£3,000, £5,000, £22,500, £25,000, £35,000, £45,000 and claims of nearly £100,000), with severe financial and emotional harm described. A few users give positive feedback about training and support and claim successful withdrawals, but multiple reviewers insist five-star comments are fake. Several recommend reporting the operation to authorities (noting Razermarkets was shut down by the FCA) and warn others to avoid giving money, demand independent verification, and use escrow or other safeguards before transferring funds.

The story about the scammer Jason Timothy The story has started in January of 2021 when my partner has seen an ad about investing by name of Razermarkets , my partner called and after some conversation Jason Timothy presented as being a senior account trader for Razermarkets and he will help us to invest At first he asked for small ammounts but later saying we have to put more to make more money to reach the gold account , trying to be as nice as possible , after a while he stated to be romantically involved with my partner and claiming he wants her and to help us , asked us to trust him and he will make us financially rich , he started to demand to get into our banks accounts more , asking more money , trying to make loans and asking us to bring money from anything He affected us financially , he made her new bank accounts himself and made many big transactions of money in and out of them , banks beliving it was her fault but all it was because he pressured and threatened her that if she does not do what he said everytime she will lose all the money he made for her and me I paid around 25.000 £ and Adrian paid more than 35.000£ until that point After a while he was gone in summer of 2021 , he came back in September claiming he had a car accident made by Razermarkets and that he left Razermarkets ( who have become GPSwiss and I have informations and email but they have disappeared as well ) and he came up with a plan to recover my money and my partner , saying he still loves her and he wants to help me too , and he wants to recover and be with his son Jason Timothy said that he will have his cousin Wouter Ghijsels from Stibbe in Belgium where he is in the hospital to help us because we still have a trading account and all our money are now to Wouter Ghijsels and he has access to the account He send me documents of the payments we have done, saying we have to pay the manager account fees for Razermarkets , a fine from a transaction that my parner did with a trader from Razermarkets while he was absent , and the fees for the lawyer to recover our money Jason Timothy claimed he will help us , we started to send him money using a Swissborg app every month , giving me documents to back up his story , saying he cannot go out of hospital because he had a brain operation, bottom operation , he disappeared for a month he came back and said he got in a coma , and his banks are closed so he is unable to pay his hospital until we finish our case and pay the money because only if we pay the money he can unblock his accounts At times he came to my parner asking to send some money in her Revolut account so he can pay bills and purchase things using her Revolut account , which she did because he threatened to stop helping us if she does not comply with what he wants and insulted her in many ways We were unsure of course but in autumn of 2022 I contacted the number of Stibbe and Jason contacted us next day saying why did we contact his cousin Wouter from Stibbe saying that we are in trouble ( I still wonder how did he knew that I contacted that office if he had no business or not knowing Wouter Ghijself ) In an attempt to make me go more in problems he told me to go to Sharks in Uk and get money , he probably wanted me to be killed So I tried again next month to contact Stibbe , my partner and me received only excused from the receptionist ladies and not taking what we said seriously , so Stibbe as a lawyer firm should have known to take the warning of a victim that a criminal using it’s name and making false documents very seriously but the ladies in the reception were always finding excuses and the lawyer did not want to speak , if he did this scam could have been in the police hands sooner In January 2023 when we received a watsapp from Wouter Ghijsels saying Jason is unconscious again and that he chose another lawyer to help us with the payment and recovery process called Mark Willmore because he has Jason Timothy in a case to help him We did this and we received another documents of payments so we thought it is legit , my partner was told to download an app TrustWallet where Mark Willmore claimed he send half of the amount recovered as proof but I realised that it was only a demo and he lied later on just to convince us to continue We paid the rest we were told up until April this year and Jason Timothy disappeared after the last payment of conveyance together with Mark Willmore and left scammed We paid another 45.000 £ We were scammed by him of almost 100.000£ in total and he he even dared to make false documents and I know he is afraid to go to jail This Jason Timothy uses new scammer tactics and he is not alone he is surrounded by other scammmers , so they are part of an infractional group , they are an organizated crime group

I was doubting myself about this being a scam, but now it's fully confirmed due to the email addresses provided no longer working nor do the phone numbers when trying to use them outside of WhatsApp nor does the website returning a 403 error. I lost almost £3000 to these choppers. They were the successor of Razer markets as mentioned however both sites now no longer exist. This was a multi level scam. At first it began with an unsolicited WhatsApp message with a link makemoney.online and mention of Elon Musk using it. In stage 2 it takes you through The Tesler App a website which has a paid actor Jon Nicholas giving a falsified video presentation (unknown to me) making the sort of claims you want to hear when you are unemployed.. In stage 3 we are encouraged to "sign up with the broker" (repeated attempts direct you to different scam brokers, the 1st red flag, in hindsight) in stage 4 is where the scam gets under way. They phone you up in a aggressive, pushy, rude manner to deposit £250... This is the second red flag, if they were legit they would be kind, courteous and patient. Anyone would be forgiven for being made to think tommorow isn't coming with these crooks.. 250 goes in, we "scalp" a little to grow the amount, which is fine.. But the scammer James Bennett and Ahmed Salam (I now believe were aliases) can't get control of the deposit just yet Stage 5 is where things start to heat up.. I am encouraged to deposit what I can from my own bank... Yes while it's true you need money to make money, this is to be expected but this isn't the worst part because the scam hasn't taken its worst turn yet, he did show me some approved withdrawals, but really this is the third red flag... Withdrawals DO NOT need to be "requested" nor "approved" because the trade account should be liquid like a bank account, instant withdraw should be possible no questions asked... so in Part 6: i get encouraged to take on a "loan" of £10,000 (tried to convince them I have nothing left to give prior) for me to "get involved in a big trade coming up" which is patently false, you can get involved in any trade with any amount... The loan serves as a pay wall to your fresh bank transfers, now they are utterly adamant you must pay this loan off to get 1 penny returned, this was told to me verbatim over the phone, this is a massive 4th alarm bell in hindsight, at this stage, its beginning to sink in,i have been scammed while I'm still convinced the money at stake is very real and not just numbers on a screen, the bs "loan" becomes a sticking point for over 1 year of intense arguments. No option is given to refund my bank transfers and just walk away. Hence using their money to steal other people's money is what makes it a clever scam that took me by surprise, all previous information I have on them is null and void now. Once they close the account and have stolen your deposits for themselves, they try a more old skool scam know as Mirror Transaction Fraud, again pay to get your withdrawal, however we know now that is nonsense, withdrawing is free or charged a tiny percent like 3% on a credit card, not 200% I hope they enjoy my £3000 because there will not be a next time. The best way to scupper the plans of these baddies and other scammers in future is volunteer to conduct your own KYC before releasing YOUR own money, ask for proof of identity and proof of address, breaking their shield of anonimity, you can also ask for a video of the scammer holding a handwritten note of today's date and confirming the deal verbally which aids in destroying their ability to get away with scamming. Remember, he who holds the money has the POWER. Do not give up this power so easily. Also ask to meet them in person so you can get to know them, personally, so you can record them on video and they must agree to this before you give a penny, so you can liase confidently with police when things go wrong. They will put the phone down, guaranteed. also consider the service of The Escrow which is a second defence against scammers, if they don't deliver anything and the recipient doesn't confirm reciept, money will not pass through their hands and permanently out of your own, you get refunded Finally, if you don't like these 2 methods, you must be adamant that you have no money to start with and ask them to loan their money into the account upfront, guaranteed to frustrate any future Trading Loan Scams that come up It's time to beat the scammers at their own game of hide and steal. Don't make the first move or the first transfer until you have established concrete details which they won't want to give you and see you as a tough cookie and simply move on to someone else as an easier target.

Company is absolutely a joke, I have the same experience as everyone else I can see. I have 5k in my account balance but cannot withdraw, first I have to verify with £1000, then another call today its now £500. Anything to part with your money for nothing in return as you can't withdraw funds. 1 big scam

Hi there who ever reads this and involved with the new GPSWISS AKA RAZORMARKETS. I’m a year into this now and yes I’m very easily led! I’m severely depressed from this horrific experience! I’m 22500 gbp into this I’m paying loans for next 5 years broke down to at least 10 different adviseors! Still calling to make a mirror or a bridge transaction to complete withdrawal. We all no they can send with out any bull crap. Stay the hell away very good with words but one big criminal organisation! These people need to be found! They run from somewhere in Belgium Brussels I think. STAY AWAY

I currently have an investment account with this company and I have invested well above 25,000eur, I have had nothing but the best trading experience so far as they help me on my trading journey and anytime I have tried to withdraw I have had no issues whatsoever. This company has practically changed my life for the best. Thank you GPSWISS!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID, SCAMMERS. Exact same company as ‘Razer markets’ will take your money and never allow you to withdraw. If you ask to withdraw they will try scamming you through a ‘mirror transaction’ to take more money from you!

AVOID! Just like the reviewer below me, I agree with his statements. The Company is the successor of Razormarkets - see reviews on TrustPilot. They will never give you a refund, they will ask you to give them more money in exchange for money, which will never happen. They will call and go to any lenghts to get more money out of you. They will even ask you to remove negative reviews. They will say to you that your bank where you have access to your money, is not true and that you have the same access to your money with them as well. Which is also not true. Whatever you do, DO NOT give them your money, or you will never see it again. Their level of professionalism is next to none, they allow themselves to call you bro / brother, and try to say you're in the wrong, that you haven't followed their protocols and they will even try to make you believe that the "blockchain technology" has suddently stopped working when they needed to step up and give you your money back. They place trades on your account with opening prices that do not exist on the day the trade has been setup on - the "money" you have on your trading account is just numbers. You will never have access to it! Note that Razermarkets has been closed down by the FCA following unauthorized operations in the UK. Do whatever you can to report their operation in the UK and stop them from taking money from other potential victims! I've been fooled twice by them and I have lost £500 due to their fake promises that they never deliver on! They are NOT to be trusted!
