Great service provided
Untrusted company, you will never get your deposit back again. They claim that your request is under review but they do not proceed with the withdrawal. More than 6 months for the request and till now nothing received.
I trade with the corporation and end myself broke for a number of years. They refuse to give me back however. Luk_Nor provided extremely professional service and I would suggest them because I felt valued as a customer continue your fantastic effort
I am sharing my experience to warn other traders considering Direct Trading Technologies (Global DTT). Issue Summary: On October 15, 2025, I requested a withdrawal from my account (#923446). Instead of processing it, DTT: Declined my withdrawal citing "swap-free and bonus policy abuse" Deducted $7,138.04 from my account labeled "OFF MARKET RATES" Provided no evidence, trade logs, or specific violation details. Gave contradictory explanations for the same action My Response: I have sent FOUR formal complaint emails (November 21, December 4, December 10, December 26, 2025) requesting: Evidence to support their allegations Reversal of the unauthorized deduction Explanation of contradictory reasons provided Their Response: One reply on November 21 stating decision is "final and not open for negotiation" Complete silence since then (45+ days) Ignored multiple escalation deadlines No evidence ever provided The Facts: All my trades were executed through their MT4 platform Standard market orders during normal trading hours No arbitrage, scalping, or system exploitation No prohibited trading strategies used Current Status (January 23, 2026): 100 days since the incident $7,138.04 still withheld without justification Withdrawal still blocked No meaningful communication from DTT Regulatory Action: I have now filed formal complaints with: Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) My Advice: Think carefully before depositing funds with this broker. If they can deduct $7,138 from my account without evidence or communication, it could happen to anyone. What I Expected: Transparent communication Evidence to support their claims Fair dispute resolution process Basic customer service What I Received: Silence Unsubstantiated deductions Contradictory explanations Zero willingness to engage Trade with caution.
DTT Global is a completely untrustworthy company and should not even be called a broker. Genuine brokers never withhold clients’ deposit funds, but this company does exactly that. After I made profits, they closed my account and placed it under a so-called “90-day investigation period.” Once that period ended, their support team stopped responding completely — both on live chat and via email. Even my deposited funds were never returned. In my experience, DTT Global operates more like a scam than a legitimate brokerage. I strongly advise traders to stay away from this company, and I believe authorities should take action against them for their fraudulent activities.
We worked with Global DTT, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The company informed us that we did not comply with their working policies, closed our account, and asked us to withdraw our funds. We accepted this decision with understanding. However, we were told that our account would be reviewed for 3 months, and even after that period had passed, we could no longer reach anyone — neither through email nor live support. All communication channels were completely cut off, and we were simply ignored. This situation is not about unpaid profits; it is about the company withholding the clients’ deposited funds, which is unacceptable. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and damages any trust a client might have. Our overall experience was extremely negative and disappointing.
I had an account with Direct TT (DTT) and after months of trading, they confiscated all my profits and blocked my account permanently, claiming I used “abusive algo” without providing a single piece of technical evidence or proof. They held my money for 90 days under so-called investigation, then suddenly decided to reverse all profits and keep my capital (~USD 700). Their support team stopped responding and kept repeating generic excuses like “final decision” and “off-market rates.” This is clear theft and market manipulation. No transparent communication, no trade logs, no regulatory oversight. They hide behind an offshore Vanuatu license just to avoid accountability. If you care about your money, stay away from DTT — they can freeze your account anytime, erase your profits, and refuse to return your funds. I opened an account with DTT Forex (Account No. 923589) and deposited $2,000 to start trading. Initially, I made some profit from currency trading, but when I requested a withdrawal, I was informed that I needed to complete 100 lots per $1,000 in profit before I could withdraw any funds. I complied and began trading, completing 45 lots. However, my account was suddenly suspended without any clear explanation, and I have been unable to access my account ever since. It has now been six months, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, my funds are still stuck, and I am unable to recover my money. The lack of communication and transparency from DTT Forex has been incredibly frustrating. I feel misled by their terms and conditions, and I urge others to be cautious before depositing funds with this broker. I would like to recover my funds and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

My experience with DTT has been great I enjoy working with this broker even though I fill they can work more to improve but I think they are doing well
I personally haven’t been using the broker for any forex transactions. This is a 3 star rating based on the experience I got at the seminar held at the Golden Bean Hotel in Kumasi. I think they are up and coming, not there yet but with a decent potential.
It was great to demustify the frightening news about forest and then the insight of forest was enlightening but I thought you would delve into teaching us how to read the signals and make meaning of it. But as novice it was an eye opening. Thanks for your efforts and reception.

My account has been blocked for about 4 months under the pretext of using a bot. I deposited $20,000, and now they won’t even return my initial deposit. After 14 years of experience in Forex, I’ve never seen such a fraudulent broker.
Hello, I want to share my experience with this company. About 3 months ago, I deposited $2,025 into this company and received a 100% bonus. After that, they told me I needed to meet the bonus conditions to withdraw my profits is more than 24000$. Even though I fulfilled the conditions, the company closed my portal and trading account also and requested an investigation on my account and said we are hacked and it would take 60 days. Later, they extended the investigation to an additional 90 days. In the end, they told me that I couldn’t withdraw my funds or any profits because of something called “off-market rate” which I honestly don’t understand, i just trade forex, metal and indexes and i trade more than month and in several times in a day and if there a problem in their server it should not be mine
If you think to trade with this company you will loss everything and they didn’t give you any profits , First I invested with them my money and make a huge profit and suddenly they blocked my account and trading account even I can’t access to my account, after that they didn’t want me to withdraw my money and told me alot of scenarios such as we are hacked and you have to meet the trading polices , and they told me they believe that I didn’t do any bad things of that trading , and I swear all i did I just trade in metal, forex, indexes and I have never didn’t anything else All i want is just my money But finally after waiting them more than 90 days as investigations as they told me they will not send me my money because “off market rate” and I swear I don’t know anything about that Go away from this broker if you don’t want to lose your money and your time
This Company doesnt deserv a sinle star , they just making thousand of excuses for any withdra just to keeping waiting so many days without a reason also they keep changing leverage whenever you are making good profit until they make you loose your money according to law is legal to withdraw from your trading account to your bank account , only with your company that option is very hard , they will decline your withdraw multiaple time until they make lose your mind & lose your money too.
DTT has a sound trading experience no slippages and good spreads but i think they can a pair like nok sek to the asset but it’s a good service overall
