The company wouldn't refund me and ignored my requests. But 𝔸𝕄ℙ𝕃𝔼𝔼𝔻𝔾𝔼𝕊 got my refund sorted!
they are big scammers. They were I increasing my investment and in January I wanted to withdraw some amount from my account. Finn Hopkins (if that is his name) told me a story that the rules were changed. So if I wanted my money I first must send 10k and than I get my money incl the 10k on my account. I did research and it was a complete ly. They stalked me for the 10k but I never gave in. Now the site of gigfinancing.com disappeared. Please never do business with this company or any other trade company's. They are all scammers.
I opened accounts with Gigafinancing since Aug 2022. At first it was good until one account manager phoned me and ask me to switch under him and let him trade on my behalf in December 2022. He earned my commissions and bursted all my ACC0UNTS worth USD 150K.This case was not solved by the support, rather they banned me for trading pending INVESTIGATI0N. I waited for them to reactivate my ACC0UNT for long but they did nothing till i gοt.DamonMooyH0tmaiIand on 11 Feb 2022. I received credit payment of my M0NEY.
Stay away from these Scammers! All I wanted was to use an AI trading platform(QumasAI) for myself, instead I got a call initially from a Gigafinancing employee on whatsapp, called Jonathan Balas (sure it is not a real name) to set up my account. Then I received copious calls from a (I am sure another false named) employee (financial advisor) from Gigafinancing. He named himself Michael Meyer. Then the fun began. Michael Meyer kept on pressing for me to invest in the trading platform, bitcoin specifically. After a few months of investing a small amount with positive returns (x5 returns), I requested that I withdraw my winnings. Instead Mr Meyer kept on pressing to invest even more and he even proposed investment from the 'so called' Gigafinancing money on the trading platform as co-investors. After copious times of pointlessly requesting my money back into my bank account, and even requesting withdrawals from the Gigafinancing portal, nothing ever happened, Eventually I got to speak with Mr Meyer where I confronted him asking him to provide me with assurances that Gigafinancing are regulated somewhere in the world, especially as their so called trading address is in the US (the most heavily regulated country for financial institutes). After reading a terrible TrustPilot review, I pointed this review to Mr Meyer who then turned very nasty and asked me if I was calling him and Gigafinancing 'Scammers'. I said to him that I am not but this Trustpilot reviewer is. Prove me wrong I said. After many calls and whatsapp messages sent to Mr Meyer and Balas, messages were ignored by them both. My experience with these scammers was an experience for me. I knew how much I wanted to invest and stuck to my limit. But they feed off peoples greed or unfortunate experiences in losing money and wanting to recover their losses. I am afraid to say that if you invest in this company expecting big returns, then you will be bitterly disappointed and very much worse off financially and emotionally. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE IN TRUISTPILOT AND PLEASE STAY AWAY!
Absolutely awful experience, I invested what I could and then decided it wasn’t for me. I had made money and it was coming up to Christmas so wanted to withdraw my funds. What they don’t tell you when you join is that if your funds are under a certain value you have to match the amount before you can withdraw it. Skip forward to March I have still not received my funds (started in November), I was left over Christmas with no money and I’m now being ignored by the team. I have submitted a formal complaint, received no feedback or response.
In so many respects, Gigafinancing is the industry leader. They offer the best customer service of any broker I've ever used. The platform is fantastic.

I've been using my practice account, but there isn't enough information to know how much cash I'll need for a single currency trade. How much, what kind of knockouts, and spreads are there after 15 minutes? I'd love to be able to use the site effectively so I can start earning money. I know how to chart and enter prices, but it's still complicated. I only trade currencies, so instead of spending hours on YouTube, I need them to actually lead me through one deal and explain the costs. I wish it were possible because my professor uses this platform, and it frustrates me that they move so quickly when I need to earn money. In addition, I watched the boot camp

They're only interested in stealing your money. I don't no these other reviews they must bogus. There seems to be no customer service no replys from any of them. Ripped me off. STAY AWAY FROM GIGAFINACING.
Then late in the afternoon I decided to make a phone call to Medicare to resolve a question, and was on call for an hour. Then checked my account and found that the Trade Team had already closed my position. I could not have done better, and could have done much worse. I give a big Thanks to the Team at Gigafinancing for their excellent support.
