i too invested money here pure scum of a company i too had a contact person n whats app amazing how many different numbers they have Swedish then other foreign numbers so from now on red flag when different country codes after a while the guy asked me to put more money i refused and after a while he stopped contact with me ten a woman was my contact person very nice at first then started calling me dear as always when a female starts calling me dear a red flag always looking for something she tried many times to get me too put more money in and got annoyed when i refused,i wanted to take my money out but had to put more money in just to confirm whatever i refused etc its been over two years now and im fully sure this same woman rang me more than once and other people saying they know i have trouble getting my money back from a trading company theyt can help etc but the last person that did this was financialdepartment.support Harry Miller Financial Advisor GFE Markets and said he will send me a email and will help me but i need to open up a crypto-wallet as my funds are in cryptocurrency now as you can imagine i have not contacted back im going to seek information off advisers first i don't want to be scammed again has anybody else been told same information
The worst platform!! Nothing worked as expected. I then contacted the website/page written on my profile username and received my refund of £29k
I have been attempting to withdraw my funds since July 2022. I spoke to a representative over the phone (the one time anyone ever answered, which makes a total mockery of their 24/7 Customer Support claim), who told me that he would sort it out and call me back the next day to confirm the withdrawal. But the call never came. I subsequently phoned GFE a minimum of 15 times over coming week and months, and not a single call was ever answered. I also emailed them on 8th September, 13th September, October 2nd, November 5th, November 7th, November 14th. All I ever received was an automated response saying that my withdrawal request has been received and a GFE advisor will be in touch shortly. Guess what?!?!?!? I have never been contacted. So, if you are thinking of using GFE to invest money, DO NOT DO IT. They are basically thieves and crooks. They have no integrity, no honesty, and their advertising is a catalogue of lies. I am disgusted at how easily this company can take your money and then disappear off the face of the Earth when it comes to enabling you to access YOUR MONEY - not theirs - YOURS.
I requested a withdrawal on 29th September 2022 and despite me chasing I still have not received the withdrawal funds. I did have contact with one of the advisors via whatsapp but that stopped once i started to question him as to why it is taking so long. There has been no contact since and no money. LEAVE WELL ALONE - ITS A SCAM
