Summary
Multiple reviewers allege GFACapital (Gfacapital) is a scam: customers report pressure to deposit larger sums, fake or instantaneous “trades” shown on the platform, and initial small payouts used to build trust while full withdrawals are later blocked or endlessly delayed. Several accounts describe being asked to pay an extra 10% fee or to open a Binance/Bitcoin channel to receive funds, being urged to accept crypto instead of fiat, and receiving evasive or non‑existent support after the first contact. Communications often came via phone, WhatsApp and email with friendly advisers who later disappeared; one reviewer noted celebrity/A.I. trading claims used to recruit investors. One customer recovered funds through a PayPal dispute, and one brief positive remark praised an individual employee named Jason, but the dominant theme across reviews is inability to withdraw funds and strong warnings to avoid the service.

After believing some 'celebrity' comments that Gfacapital are a good investment using AI robots to buy and sell, I decided to try them out with a small investment. I was contacted by the manger who said that I had made a good decision and that it would be easy to start making good profit. I was then contacted by another employee who was very friendly and said that she was my financial advisor and would be keeping me informed on my investment. I was told how to view my account on their website using a password. In the next few weeks there were small gains in my account and the financial advisor was trying to find out if I had more savings that she could invest and make good profits. She would 'phone from different phone numbers and also messaged me on WhatsUp, and email. I did not take up the offer, and after a week I was unable to access my account. I messaged her many times and eventually she replied to say that there was a problem with the website and that she would regularly inform me on my investment. After that I did not hear from her and I was still unable to access my account or contact anyone from GFACapital. I sent a message to her to say that I would like to close my account. She massaged to ask why and I replied that I had lost my confidence in them and to close my account. Again there was no response to my request. After repeated messages to return my money without response I complained to PayPal (who I used to make my investment payment). Luckily they refunded my money in full. GFACapital has to be a scam organisation- do not trust them with your money!!

This website is a total scam. They pressure you to deposit larger amounts. They promise big earnings. They will make fake transactions to convince you that their system works. When you want to close your account and withdraw your funds, they want you to deposit 10% of the amount you want to withdraw into their account, supposedly to verify your account. If they were honest they would take their fees out of the profits before paying you. Do not invest with them. You will never get your money back. They prey on naive people and have no compunctions.

They seem ‘real’ but they don’t talk to you after the first day, after you transfer money, when you try to contact them and eventually try to withdraw the funds you won’t be able to contact them, also in the client portal you see it’s a scam, the so called trades they did started and ended at the exact same time…

This company is a total scam. They try to get always more money out of you and don't want to let you close your account, using delaying tactics and false promises. E.g. when you close your US$ account they say you should open a Binance account to be able to pay you back in Bitcoin. Doesn't work for me. One is entitled to get the funds back in real currency. Be warned, before withdrawal can take place the trader request from you to pay him his 10% fee. Every renowned stock broker takes his fees out of the profits before paying you. Not these guys because they want you to pay and never repay you. They even try to talk you into refusing to take your money if you don't want to take Bitcoin. They sucker you in by transferring a minimal amount from your trading account, say $50, into your bank account to gain your trust. However when it comes to the full withdrawal of your funds you will be waiting forever and a day.
