Briefly, since a year ago, I transferred a total amount of around 57,000 € to them for investing on web trading using their so-called 'arbitrage' tool but they have been refusing to give back even my original money.

This company is terrible. They have fake names for their account managers. When you wish to withdraw they send you fake coins / tokens - all totally worthless. Do not use. Fake, fake, fake.
I would advise everyone not to do business with Gensmarket, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, scum of society. They will take your money and use honeyed words to get you to keep investing. But when you try to get your money back they will ask you to PAY JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY. There will be a point where you will accept it as a scam but still hold on hope to get your money, When they notice you stopped trading with them, they will start calling and giving excuses that they can help you withdraw it, and they might even ask you to give them access to your phone or laptop, DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS because what they will first do is take control of your wallet and do a quick check of how much you have on it. if you do not have anything in the wallet they ask you for what bank you use and try to gain access even through your email. So do not even bother to use them and if you have used them I AM VERY SORRY BUT FORGET ABOUT YOUR MONEY. The only thing you can do is report to your government organization that deals with online scams like this, they might not be able to do much because these SCAMMERS are in places like India or in countries where it will be too much trouble for your government. If you are still reading this I want you to know that the guys that work in gensmarket are heartless, they don't care about you, and all you are to them is a fool that they can take money from, they have no empathy and THE ONE THING THAT PISSES ME OFF THE MOST IS THAT WHEN THEY REALIZE YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO COOPERATE WITH THERE SCAM THEY GET ANGRY ON THE PHONE, LIKE DO YOU DESERVE TO BE ANGRY.
Gensmarkets is a fraud Keep asking you add money for new opportunities. No withdrawal possible . Will try to scam you with term like anti money laundering , mirror transaction.
Please am begging every intending investor not to do so. They are scammers and not to be trusted. Everything about them is not just right. If you give your money to them, you cannot get it back. GENSMARKET is a fake trading company. They are only out to scam and to scam again. When you need to withdraw that when they will tell you your money is gone.
Fraud company, unregulated and false, beware do not invest with them it a complete scam.
