The ordeal I encountered with Genetrade was on the verge of sending me on a long term break from trading seeing as every time I reached out none of the feedback I received was helpful. I went as far a raisng several tickets and trying to report them of the scam they wanted to put me through, all this was averted by Ribston Finance that was recommended by a trader here and that was all I needed to avoid the loss Genetrade almost put on me. Don't bother with them, it's a gruesome experience that awaits anyone that make use of Genetrade.
