Pure scam, took money can't withdraw, customer support listen to music, cant speak properly

The broker is a scam and I would not recommend it to anyone, they told me I have to pay in order to withdraw and when i said they should deduct the fees from my account, they told me that they're not allowed to deduct the money from my account. never risk your money because the moment you deposit into their broker would be the last time you see it.

My experience with this broker was simply not a good one, although Litclaim.com repossessed my money from them but here is my story. When I became suspicious of Galaxytrade platform, I decided to close my account. I emailed clients support with all the info required. Told 8 > 14 days for it to be completed but no pay out. Emails sent asking why. No real reason given and at any time, then no reply to emails. Rang numerous times too but No reply.

BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, AVOID IT . Because I left the honest reviews and tell everyone that they took my money when I realised is a scam I tried to withdraw my money but I couldn't. Tried to speak with a customer service the website doesn't exist. They work with PIXEL123 and PikSel216 and who knows. Today I have been called by Brian I'm sure isn't he's really his name and he was shouting why I left the review about his company and I said I want my money back how you took it put it back. I reported them every where so PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY and the others I have mentioned above.
