Gala Traders customer reviews

Summary
Many reviewers allege the broker is a scam: users report aggressive traders who pressure clients to deposit increasing amounts (examples mentioned: ~£2,200, £2,000, £10,000) and promise rapid growth, only to block withdrawals and demand large “release” or “blockchain” fees (claims include demands of ~15%, 20% then another 10%). Several people describe catastrophic losses (one mentions £50k+, another refers to a €650k chargeback situation), manipulative urgency, targeting of elderly or inexperienced investors, fake 5-star reviews, and named individuals (e.g., “Ben”) alleged to be involved. Many say withdrawals were delayed or refused until extra payments were made; some eventually recovered funds after lengthy disputes involving regulators or claims services (FCA, Fx Claim) while others remain out of pocket. Users also complain about repeated, rude calls and difficulties even after invoking GDPR deletion requests. In contrast, a subset of reviews praise the platform’s trading functionality: low fees, fast and precise trade execution, easy stop-loss setup, and suitability for active/day trading. Overall the dominant theme is strong distrust and warnings about fraud and heavy upselling, tempered by a few reports of good execution and occasional successful recoveries through formal complaints.

Scam! They just keep calling and calling and being rude. I sent one message to them :” Under GDPR Article 17, I withdraw my consent and request that you delete my personal data immediately. Do not contact me again”. Hopefully they will go away.

Scam, Scam, Scam. Gala Traders are a scamming company who want you to believe they have your best interest, persuading you to put more in more funds in to make profit. But when you want to draw it out the problems begin. Beware, they ask for more funds as they say it's needed to validate it on the Blockchain, and when you do they tell you there has been a problem with the platform it has gone onto, and then demand more. This a con, and unfortunately I have been caught in the trap. Beware of someone called Ben on the so called Blockchain, I think he is the prime mover in the scam. Don't have any dealings with this Company, you will come to regret it like I have.

I must Echo all of the bad negative feedback, which ive read today and its 1000% true Scam Scam Scam All the positive feedback, is just a Scam as well (people paid off or a part of the group) The guys at gala trading are good at it, I must say Make you feel good, keep getting you to put money in They don’t stop; you could put 100k in the next day asking for more Now they want me to pay £10,000 to get out 50K, can’t do it (it would just be greed and I have to count my loses and not add any more to it) Please please don’t fall for this Scam like the rest of us have, when I started this unreal Dream we did not have the feedback about this scam like you have now Just hope that they get Karma and real good, all Fing Rats (would love to meet them face to face) If we post the word, this scam will stop and they can move on to the next one Happy to discuss and show evidence of this scam If they did pay me and would update and change post, but you and I know this ant going to happen

This is a scam, ignore the fake 5* reviews! They have scammed my mother-in-law out of all of her savings after what started out as an initial £250 investment into crypto (or so she thought) ended with her losing £50k+ in a matter of days. They intentionally confuse, create a sense of urgency and lie about needing to transfer more money to unlock the 'profits' they make out you have made from your initial investment. When my MIL said she could no longer transfer any more money they said all of the money she had invested into crypto would be gone as the FBI would burn the coins, which is clearly a lie. Please do not fall for these scam artists. They prey on the elderly and those that do not have a clue about how investing works

Do not deal with this company they keep asking for additional money which shows amazing growth until you try to withdraw they then ask for 20% fees before they can release and then it goes to block chain where they ask for another 10% or you will not see anything. It's a scam

Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam. All those on here who say different are lying like a cheap watch. They want u to invest then ask to for £2000 for arbitrage (just a trade term) but you must invest £2000!!! DONT I didnt but I watch the money in the funds available grow. One minute they want u to give more then all of a sudden you have £24k!! Then they say hey look how much you. £2k and we can make more!! Yeah course you can!! Then try and withdraw and they block u. Refuse payment lol. Scam scam scam. Don’t do it. I only invested £100 so not a lot of money really. Spent more on a night out lol. So don’t do it. I’ve done it prove it’s S.H.I.T lol. Scammers mate

They make you believe your initial investment is growing fast and they try to make you invest more. However, when it comes to withdrawing the money, the 'Blockchain' says you have to pay 15% of the money first before they pay you anything. This might be £1000s. If you don't pay, you won't receive anything. It is a huge scam. Don't fall for it. It plays on your greed.

Wanted to withdraw my funds, but all just a big scam. My trader wanted me to deposit £2200 into my Kraken account to link the accounts. Contacted Kraken and told that I should never do this. How do these people sleep at night.
