Great broker I used for about a year. Myself and some friends funded a pamm and were able to withdraw 100% of funds in a timely manner. Support isnt always the fastest but still good. My only complaint was that they only gave me a 48hr notice when all MT4 trades needed to be closed to implement MT5 and my algo trader does not run on MT5 so I couldnt use the broker anymore. Closing those trades caused a 2% loss which could of been much worse if my algo had more trades. Last I checked I believe they also got rid of MT5 but havent used the broker since Nov 2023.
FxSway recently moved from MT4 then to MT5 and after a week the moved to TradeLocker and they are offering 80% Deposit Bonus if you deposit into TradeLocker. I sent several support tickets to find out the rules of the 80% and no one knew and said they would get back to me. Well I deposited $349.82 into my account on the 12/19/2023 and I have been trading. Still I have yet to receive the rules or the promised bonus but I see that I have $279.66 points as my bonus that I have not been able to move to my trading account. I trade Nas and Gold. Now today I ask support via chat how to move my bonus to my live trading account. She says that I will only get the bonus for forex pair and metals and crypto NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE has that information it just said keep trading to get your bonus.
