Oh my goodness. The reply they sent to my previous written exprerience is lauhgable. Scroll down and you see their answer. Yes, they called me and I told them my whole story with them. "Sorry to hear your experience" they said. But "is there anythingt we can do...and bla bla bla" Nothing came out of it. Ofcourse I did not get anything back. And just a thought of trading with them more just crinzed my stomach. And never did MY account manager call me back. I was "transfered" to a german Office. Not that I know what office I belonged to start with.NO! DO NOT TRADE with these guys, they are not knowledgeble. STAY AWAY from FXPN.

Good company. The platform is very good, and spreads and swaps are pretty good! Withdrawals are fast. I average at 12% ROI weekly.
It's a great broker for sure. Trade execution is fast. A lot of assets to trade. Spread is good. Withdrawals are instant. Account manager is great with great daily analysis.
Pretty decent company. This is how I would rate the company from 1 to 5: 5 stars for spreads and commission 5 stars for the support 5 stars for giving me a special trading conditions (no fees) for my 88,500 eur investment 5 stars for the super fast withdrawals and last but not least.. 9 super stars for the lovely account manager that is always updating me with the latest market news and showing me the best trades!!! My guy is amazing!
Your account manager will typically be a young guy from Eastern Europe trying to make his fortune on your investments. He might make you money in the start but as he is working 12 to 16 hours a day with multiple clients he will loose your money sooner or later. In my case I lost 38.000 Euros because he forgot to take measures against a simple margin call. These guys have limited or no education in what they advise you to do. Boasting the opposite, they are in fact amateurs and it will be highly risky to follow their advices. His remark on the loss was “Put in 10 or 15.000 Euros more and I will guarantee that you will get your money back!” Complaining to the management about his incompetence the reply was “ Sorry - but you have said yes to the position and so he has done nothing wrong!” You put your faith into the hands of your account manager counting on his professionalism but when he proves to be the opposite they wash their hands. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone !!!
First they sent me a warning that giving my experience on Trustpilot would expose me to people who could misuse my reviews? Then they tried to alter my review by suggesting certain parts were taken out of the review. That I refused. Then they flagged me on my reviews which were based on my experiences with FXPN. The authenticity of my review was confirmed by Trustpilot. I lost 38.000 euros in 2 days and 27.000 euros in total because of sincere lack of experience from one of their account managers who wasn't as professional as he claimed to be. I was stupid enough to read the overall reviews after beeing contacted by him. STAY AWAY!
Good broker. Good account manager. My advisor at the company helps me make around 25% roi weekly - for a 10k investment that is pretty relevant profits weekly. I am happy. Withdrawals are very fast. Company is regulated, honest and transparent. Copy trading is also good if you find the right traders. Overall a very very good broker! Very nice!
I AM AN HONEST PERSON! I LIKE IT THAT MY ACCOUNT MANAGER IS HELPING ME MAKE 15% - 20% EVERY WEEK ON MY SMALL 20k ACCOUNT. THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT ARE ALSO QUICK WHEN IT COMES TO WITHDRAWALS AND THAT IS GOOD! PROBABLY THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE TRIED SO FAR BUT I DON'T PLAN TO USE OTHER SERVICES PROVIDERS. Unfortunately, I can say, their plans are really poor. You have to make a deposit of 10000+ so you get a plan that is comparable with the industry-leading brokers. If you're planning to start with a deposit of 200-1000€/$, give up on them because there are many brokers who offer you way better conditions. FXPN has simply too high spreads and fees compared to them. The only good thing is, FXPN gives you an account manager who can guide you, but hey, an account manager you can get also by other brokers with better spreads and fees.
My old friend and investment advisor recommended me fxpn and that's why I use this company. Honestly I have no idea how to trade but the guys here are very friendly and help me learn. I receive great investment advises daily and manage to make around 30% ROI weekly. It's wonderful for me. Deposits and withdrawals are very fast - less than 24h for cashing out. I love it. Good job!
I just want to write a few good words if you don't mind. I was referred to this brokerage from my friends that are the best investment advisers on the planet (my personal experience - those guys give me daily tips what to buy/sell and I win every trade) and they told me to open an account with fxpn because funding is super easy and fast, and also you get a dedicated account manager to speed up your withdrawals if needed or to give you lessons how to identify good opportunities by yourself. I want to say that I am impressed how well they work and how they treat clients with respect. It's trully a great company with a lot of great employees. Hugs and kisses 💖

The only reason I am leaving a review here is that I have 9 years experience, and never ever have I received from other brokerages such a wonderful support and great trading ideas. My account manager at fxpn keeps me up to date with the latest trading events and prepares me to take action, and I can say that thanks to my guy I am always profitable, every day and I withdraw big chunks of profit every 2 weeks! It's the only brokerage where I can call my account manager my brother! BIG RESPECT! At first I was very skeptical, but my brother convinced me to start small and it was worth it ! Now I only wish I knew about this company years ago. This is the best company I invested money in! Thank you. Hope you all get to speak with my brother and enjoy working with a real professional ! Excellent broker, CySec regulation. I've had zero problems with execution and withdrawals. Customer support is fast and the account manager is someone that you can talk to about the market in this lonely business. I see a lot of whining in the previous reviews. Speculation is always risky and we all know that from the get go, educate yourself first and then put money on the line. Blaming a regulated broker for your bad decisions is childish. And yeah, the broker makes profits from the commissions... What did you expect a charity?!?
I did not find them to be a customer centric company, they do not listen to the customer!! Certainly need some customer centricity training. I was spoke to the agent and gave a very clear response that after looking at reviews on Trust Pilot, I have decided to not open the account with the company. Despite that they kept calling from different numbers and kept on pushing me to open the account. I am staying away from them. This review is based on the genuine first hand personal experience.
I am very happy with fxpn and their service. Overall the brokerage only offers me regulatory capital protection and an account manager to let me know how to use the platform and some profitable strategies. I don't know what everyone is complaining about but my account manager told me he's not allowed to give investment advise and he could only show me how to identify profitable trades according to a specific strategy. Now it took me about a week to understand it after that my guy was only calling to inform me of good events. Overall with his help I am generating 20% - 50% return on investment weekly and taking out profits if not every Friday at least every fortnight.. Honestly this is the best experience I have ever had in this industry and I owe it all to fxpn and my wonderful account manager! Thank you kind people for putting a smile on my wrinkled face :)
Good company. They gave me very professional support and teached me a lot of new things about the market. The person that is working with me is very kind and patient with me. Started while a go and already made some money. Over all I am happy with them
