I used FXPIG and, although I didn’t have direct issues with deposits or withdrawals, I quickly realised how unsafe this broker really is once I researched their regulation. FXPIG is registered in Vanuatu, which is widely known as one of the weakest regulatory jurisdictions in the world. A licence there is little more than paperwork – it’s cheap, quick to obtain, and offers no real protection for clients. There are no strict capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and no serious enforcement. If FXPIG collapsed tomorrow or decided not to pay out, customers would have nowhere to turn. What makes this even worse is that FXPIG knowingly accepts clients from all over the world, even in places where they are not authorised to operate. Their KYC checks prove they know exactly where customers are based, but they still onboard them. This shows a complete disregard for proper regulatory standards. Some traders think FXPIG must be safe because prop firms like FXIFY route trades through them (see FXIFY’s broker disclosure). But this means nothing for your safety — it just proves FXPIG is willing to take flows from anywhere. It doesn’t give you investor protection or regulatory backing. The reality is simple: FXPIG operates from a jurisdiction chosen precisely because it allows them to bypass stricter rules in the UK, EU, US, and other major markets. That is a major red flag. I closed my account as soon as I understood this, and I would strongly warn anyone considering FXPIG to think twice before sending them a penny.

Disappointing experience. Terrible spreads. Every trade you take means you lose more money than gain anything.... At the end your drawdown fails you with their partner prop firm. Not recommended.

I have been a client of FXPig for a while and I can tell you that the customer support is amazing, Wei Wen in particular deserves a mention, he always goes out of his way to provide an excellent service for whatever you need and he is very responsive. The spread and execution of orders are also very good.

Fxpig no longer available on MT5. Unable to find any brokers for fxpig anymore. Anyone else having this issue? Can’t add accounts or do anything. PC platform works but can’t lug my PC around all day

I sent a complaint to report a serious issue I have encountered on their platform for the second time. Although I did not address the issue during my first experience, I have been closely monitoring the platform ever since. Recently, I executed a trade for XAUUSD, but to my surprise, the platform simultaneously executed over a dozen trades. This behavior is extremely concerning and has significantly impacted my trading account. I request that an IT representative investigate this issue to determine what went wrong. More importantly, I need the glitch removed from the trades executed for XAUUSD so I can continue with my trading challenge without any hindrance. The Date of incident:07/22/24 Trade ID:58441172,58441176,58441161,58441149,58441169,58441170,58441147,58441028,58441126,58441143,58441134,58441120 and I received a strange response that made zero sense. I do not recommend this firm. If anything changes, I will come back and provide an update.

Great and honest broker. Competetive spreads and comission. The best thing is the live agent. There is no robot with a copy paste answer. Especially my support agent Wei Wen is super helpful and comes back with clear replies. I am having a great time here! Only downside is there is a 1% comission for deposit and withdrawls, apart from that it is the best broker ever!

Orignal review (posted on Friday May 17, 24): My wife just signed up a cTrader account with this broker. After 2 days of testing, she noticed that cTrader was disabled for this broker. She has emailed support and is still waiting for an explanation. When visiting the web trader URL, it says that cTrader was disabled and connections to this broker via cTrader fail. My guess is that this broker has not paid the fee and got disconnected which is rather suspicious. That would imply financial problems. Use with caution. I will be sure to update this review if the situation is resolved. Update (posted on Monday May 20, 24): cTrader functionality seems to have been restored after a prolonged outage. We have not heard back anything from email support and thus can only speculate at this point about the reason for this outage. From the website it appeared that Spotware had actively blocked their services for this broker rather than this being a technical issue. We will keep monitoring this over the next few months before investing. Update (posted on Thursday May 23, 24): FXPig has posted a reply to my review stating that the issue was caused by the hosting provider. While I consider this to be resolved, they never replied to the email sent to their support address. I will continue to monitor their service.

The support team is great. With their WTCTW when I won the 2nd position in April ,2023 I was rewarded as promised . The money was sent to my live account which am currently trading and the execution is excellent.

After hitting a wall and not understanding how to calculate the commission I contacted the help section on the FXPIGS home page. I used FB messenger as my means of contact and had a response to my question within the hour. Not only that I also received screen shots and a very thorough explanations on how to add the spread and commission charges. The team helped me no end and deserve all the compliments. Positive experience so far and I’m now full of confidence if I have any other issues in the future.

The lightning-fast execution is incredibly impressive but it conveys the same meaning. I've used other brokers that had significant delays in trade execution, which cost me money. But with this broker, I've never experienced a delay. They also offer one-click trading, making executing trades even faster. Overall, very happy with this aspect of their service.

So far FXpig has been good. I had a delay in a withdrawal but they were able to get it cleared for me. I have used them in the past and just recently moved over from a really big broker over to them.

They promise a lot but deliver no money. It is last mail from FXPIG. I can't say enough good things about this FXPIG . They're always there when I need them, and they're incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I've been with this FXPIG for a few years now, and I have to say, their customer service is one of the main reasons I've stayed with them. Whenever I have a question or concern, I can always reach a representative quickly, and they're always patient and helpful.
