⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT INVEST WITH FXNOVUS — THIS IS A SCAM ⚠️ I am writing this review to protect anyone who might be considering investing with FXNOVUS. I lost real money to this company, and I want to make sure no one else goes through the same nightmare. It started with a fake article — a paid advertisement disguised as a news story about a woman whose life was transformed by AI algorithm trading. I clicked the link, filled in my details, and within seconds received a call from a smooth-talking agent who knew my name and information immediately. He was calm, confident, and extremely persuasive. The first ask: $ X amount to "activate" my account. What followed was a carefully orchestrated scheme: 🔴 FAKE ACCOUNT MANAGERS – I was passed between multiple agents ("Charles" and then "Ahmad from Egypt"), each more manipulative than the last. They used psychological pressure, false urgency, and emotional tactics to push me to deposit more and more money. 🔴 UNCONTACTABLE NUMBERS – All calls came from local electronic SIM numbers you cannot call back. That alone is a major red flag. 🔴 ENGINEERED LOSSES – Every position I opened, based entirely on their instructions, went straight to a loss. There is no coincidence here. The buy/sell positions on their platform are designed to make you lose so you keep depositing to "recover." 🔴 BORROWED MONEY – One agent convinced me to borrow $ X amount from my friends, promising guaranteed profits by a specific date. By that date, the money was gone. 🔴 NO AI, NO ALGORITHM – The "AI trading" technology is a complete fiction. It is a marketing hook to attract victims. Nothing more. I lost thousands of dollars following their instructions to the letter. When my account hit zero, they called again asking me to deposit fresh funds to "start over." FXNOVUS is not a trading company. It is a fraud operation designed to drain your account through manipulated trades and relentless psychological pressure until you either run out of money or give up. If you have already been contacted by them or made a deposit, stop immediately. Report them to your bank, your local financial regulator, and relevant consumer protection authorities. Do not let the professional-sounding agents, the polished platform, or the promise of fast profits fool you, I almost did, and it cost me dearly. Stay safe. Spread this warning.
FXNovus seems like a decent starting point for beginers because it is relatively simple and easy to understand.
I contacted customer support when I had a small issue with my account, and the response was better than I expected. They replied quite quickly, explained what was happening in a clear way, and helped me solve the problem without making the process feel complicated.

This review reflects my direct personal experience with FXNovus. From the very beginning, I was given the impression that I would receive consistent support and professional guidance. However, what I experienced was the complete opposite. Communication was unreliable, especially during critical trading periods when support was most needed. There were repeated instances where I was unable to reach my account manager despite multiple attempts. Requests for assistance were ignored, and the lack of responsiveness during key moments raises serious concerns about how clients are actually supported. I also encountered significant issues related to transparency and clarity, particularly when it came to account handling and operational processes. Important information was either unclear or not communicated in a timely manner, which created unnecessary confusion and risk. Even more concerning was the pattern of encouraging higher-risk actions without proper guidance, followed by a complete absence of communication when the outcomes were negative. This reflects a troubling approach to client management. The responses I later received did not adequately address the core issues raised and did not reflect accountability for the overall experience. This matter has been formally escalated to the relevant regulatory authority, and I am currently awaiting further action. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns regarding the credibility, transparency, and overall conduct of this company. I do not recommend dealing with this company under any circumstances. If anyone still considers it, they should proceed with extreme caution.

I have repeatedly asked them to remove my number from their call list, yet the calls continue. They present themselves as a legitimate forex and CFD trading provider regulated by a tier 2 authority, but based on my interactions, their behaviour has been highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their practices. They also appear to be operating out of South Africa, which is important for others to be aware of when assessing their claims. I’m sharing this review to help others be cautious and to ensure that the relevant regulatory bodies are aware of these issues. Update: Yesterday, I received a call from a lady from FXnovus. She was genuinely professional and respectful. She confirmed that my contact details and account have been deleted and assured me that I will not be contacted again. Her conduct was excellent, and she handled the matter properly. Because of her efforts, I’ve updated my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. She personally deserves 5 stars, but I cannot raise the company’s rating beyond what reflects my overall experience. My review is meant to help others make informed decisions

Stay away from this broker, It’s a 100% scam, IMPORTANT The company repeatedly asked me to pay taxes on capital gains before processing the withdrawal. My withdrawal request for $371,830 USD, submitted on May 8, was not fulfilled. I reported the matter to the police and sought external assistance. which led to full remuneration my funds. Based on this ordeal, my advice to prospective clients is to avoid this platform.
Account verification took longer than advertised. Once set up, trading is smooth enough.

We suffered considerable losses based on this service's false promises.There have been multiple successful class actions fighting and with legal help for full remuneration. We didn’t stop fighting to recover. I finally got my money back from the scam broker. The entire recovery process was handled with incredible honesty and clarity, which gave me total peace of mind.
This FXNovus is completely cheater and your support team also trying to make fool i submit ted my all documents it's 15 days not returned my money every time asking another documents

Should you choose to delete these review again, please let me know why. Clearly FX Novus does not want this legitimate information published. Further to my March 5 2025 review of FX Novus advising potential investors to be really frightened, FX Novus continues to stonewall me as I try to recover the funds they scammed from me. I’ve written to their support team on numerous occasions and they’ve basically tried to ‘get rid of me’ by offering further funds to ‘invest’ i.e. the profits I had made and lost through their constant harassment to invest more money and scamming scenarios. As I had advised FX Novus, the authorities in Singapore had blocked access to the FX Novus website due to the number of complaints received about being scammed. Hence I’m no longer able to access my account so their ‘offer’ was useless and would have only led to further scamming to see how much more they could harass me to invest. I also mentioned to their support team that we would only correspond in writing (which my lawyer insisted upon) however they continued to call me – always from different numbers which made it impossible to block them. As I refused to talk to them over the phone they announced they were closing my case due to me being so ‘uncooperative”. Although I’ve contacted them again advising all correspondence will be in writing and that my stance on not speaking to them via phone is a legitimate approach to avoid being scammed further, I’ve now put them on notice that I’ll be taking further legal action against them to recover my funds. DO NOT invest with FX Novus – they are professional scammers and I suspect those writing more generous reviews are either being paid, fabricated OR were not new to investing like I was. We know they target new investors, befriend them, and then harass them to ‘invest’ more and more money i.e. tell people what to invest in which is highly illegal and try to leave no trace. I am building a case against them, I have learned they are calling from a unmarked call center in Agias Zonis 67, Limassol, Cyprus. Luckily, I still have the Whatsapp messages clearly showing the investments I should make.
