We suffered considerable losses based on this service's false promises.There have been multiple successful class actions fighting and with legal help for full remuneration. We didn’t stop fighting to recover. I finally got my money back from the scam broker. The entire recovery process was handled with incredible honesty and clarity, which gave me total peace of mind.
This FXNovus is completely cheater and your support team also trying to make fool i submit ted my all documents it's 15 days not returned my money every time asking another documents

Further to my March 5 2025 review of FX Novus advising potential investors to be really frightened, FX Novus continues to stonewall me as I try to recover the funds they scammed from me. I’ve written to their support team on numerous occasions and they’ve basically tried to ‘get rid of me’ by offering further funds to ‘invest’ i.e. the profits I had made and lost through their constant harassment to invest more money and scamming scenarios. As I had advised FX Novus, the authorities in Singapore had blocked access to the FX Novus website due to the number of complaints received about being scammed. Hence I’m no longer able to access my account so their ‘offer’ was useless and would have only led to further scamming to see how much more they could harass me to invest. I also mentioned to their support team that we would only correspond in writing (which my lawyer insisted upon) however they continued to call me – always from different numbers which made it impossible to block them. As I refused to talk to them over the phone they announced they were closing my case due to me being so ‘uncooperative”. Although I’ve contacted them again advising all correspondence will be in writing and that my stance on not speaking to them via phone is a legitimate approach to avoid being scammed further, I’ve now put them on notice that I’ll be taking further legal action against them to recover my funds. DO NOT invest with FX Novus – they are professional scammers and I suspect those writing more generous reviews are either being paid, fabricated OR were not new to investing like I was. We know they target new investors, befriend them, and then harass them to ‘invest’ more and more money i.e. tell people what to invest in which is highly illegal and try to leave no trace. I am building a case against them, I have learned they are calling from a unmarked call center in Agias Zonis 67, Limassol, Cyprus. Luckily, I still have the Whatsapp messages clearly showing the investments I should make. I am totally new in this field & had extremely bad experience with FXNovus. They claimed that you don't need to have any experience in trading in order to work on the platform. I received the call & made small min deposit just two months back. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to travel to my home country & couldn’t communicate/receive calls from FXNovus . I was surprised to receive a message that $ 150 was deducted as inactive fees & balance $ 100 was deducted again as inactive fees in the same month & my account balance is now Nil … Do not trust this company !!!!
I have requested for the first time to withdrawal 1K $US from my account, on August 30, however after many difficulties created with necessary documentation that was always missing or not correct, the withdrawal was approved on September 11, with the strange message than it can take up to 10 days after approval for the money to be transferred. Today 22 September and I still waiting for the transfer. I use to work with professional brokers, and in 2 days the money is my account. Think twice when putting money in this company hands, they are not trustworthy at all.
After my negative review was put , I got a call from their customer service bribing me with the amount I lost so that I take down that negative review in exchange I had to sign that I will not more put any bad reviews for this company. I opened a small account with Fxnovus to test it. Registration was quick, deposits went through instantly, and my first withdrawal arrived the next day. That gave me the confidence to keep trading here.
Unprofessional agents pressuring you to make investments on margins. False advertising using the names of influencers and prominent people. They’ll spam phone calling you to oblivion from various different numbers to evade blocking them long after your done using their “services”. Avoid at all cost unless your masochistic about receiving random calls nonstop.

I have lost my hard earned savings... will urge others not to deal with this broker based in South Africa . Plus there is no support from their Regulator name FSCA and NFOSA inspite of they knowing the factual Data presented. Best is to stay away from these Fraudsters who play with innocent Individuals
As someone who trades actively, I care about latency and slippage. FXNovus has been consistent on both fronts. The tools aren’t overly fancy, but what they offer works and works well. Execution quality alone makes them worth it.

I recently encountered a false, AI-generated advertisement on Facebook that impersonates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed. The ad claims you can make financial gains and asks viewers to invest, using deceptive messaging to lure people in. I did not click through, but the link looked suspicious and led to a dubious landing page. I have taken screenshots
FXNovus is a Scam! The spread is very large and the account managers advise to use a marking of up to 80% instead of 2% like any good financial advisor. But that's not all, even once you have canceled all accounts they do not let you in peace but try constantly with different numbers to call you to invest again. There is no arguing with those account managers, they do not listen, do not care. Do not sign up with then, never give them a cent and hang up when they call you or better change your phone number.
Honestly, FXNovus surprised me. I thought it would be just another average broker, but the experience has been smooth. The charts are nice, orders go through fast, and I’ve already made two successful withdrawals.
