I'm hoping for those thinking of trading with this broker to be very cautious. I recently attempted to withdraw my profits after a profitable trading session. Then I suddenly received an email denying my withdrawal & all my profits were cancelled as if it didn't took me excruciating effort to properly plan the trade. They accused me of “suspicious trading” and claimed I violated their terms (Section 8.6) by abusing their Negative Balance Protection policy. They provided no clear evidence, no explanation of which trades were problematic, and no prior warning at all. They then canceled all my profits and told me I can only withdraw my initial deposit. The whole thing feels extremely unfair and misleading. If my trading was truly against their rules, why was I allowed to trade normally without any notification? And why only raise this issue when I try to withdraw profits?. It's as if they purposely offer the deposit bonus to trap honest individuals that didn't know better. It gives the impression that profits are not honored, and rules are applied selectively. - I've made deposits totalling almost more than double the total profits I was trying to withdraw. - I've made a deposit into my account before making the trade. Hence the whole negative balance thing is simply nonsense (I've already provided proof to their helpline). - I didn't engage in hedging nor micro scalping of any kind. Which makes their high risk trading comment ridiculous. - All the trades were using the capital from my deposit. Which doesn't make sense that they're accusing me of having negative balance. Will be escalating this issue with relevant regulators as this is simply unfair. I do hope that they'll at least allow me to fully withdraw the profits I've made during that trading session. It's the least they could provide who've been regularly trading with them.

It was a bad experience and I didn't repeat it. The chart was clearly manipulated, and I even remember the candles' timings being strange and suspicious; no candle closed or opened at the correct time, so I withdrew quickly.
