FXDD customer reviews

Summary
Multiple reviewers report they have been unable to withdraw funds for weeks or months, with several alleging very large losses (reports mention amounts like $230,000 and $533,000). Customers describe unresponsive or ghost customer support, broken or inaccessible MT4/logins and a downed customer portal. Many cite a suspicious mid‑June 2024 communication claiming a sale to “888 Markets” sent from an @fxddtrading.com address, after which withdrawals stopped and staff (including a Peru team) were allegedly dismissed. There are accusations of account manipulation, unauthorized transfers, high swaps/fees, severe slippage and poor execution—especially for algorithmic trading—and at least one reported incorrect trade closure with an unexplained large loss. Some reviewers say the company is effectively unregulated, calling the situation a rug pull or scam, while a few note that third‑party recovery firms intervened and helped recover funds for them. Overall the reviews warn others to avoid depositing with FXDD and express distrust and frustration over lack of communication and blocked redemptions.

I started using FXDD to invest my money. When I tried to get into my account after a while the people who are supposed to help me at FXDD did not get back to me. FXDD is supposed to be an app that helps investors like me.. I lost a lot of money $533,000 because their system was not working right. I think FXDD is doing something bad. They are taking peoples cryptocurrency without asking them. They keep taking the money I try to withdraw and putting it into something without my permission. They also stop my investments early. Put them into longer ones without giving me any money. I was going to lose all the money I put in $533,000 and the extra fees I paid. But then I got some help from PōMãAdvisory-Ltd. I filled out a form on their website. They gave me someone to talk to about my problem. They officially talked to FXDD on February 20th. By June 14th I got all my money back, from FXDD.

Trading through FXDD using the Scalperology AI bot was disappointing. At aggressive settings - unstable execution, frequent slippages, trades are broken. Only when the pace of trading is reduced, the situation evens out a bit, but the profitability drops. On other brokers with the same parameters the bot works stably, but here it seems that the servers just can't cope with the load. I expected more from a broker positioning itself as a professional liquidity provider. So far - weak execution level and inefficient conditions for algorithmic trading.

FXDD - Gone Down The Toilet Service used to be good, but now payouts are blocked, support is non-existent and no one can seem to log into MT4. Another rug pull, with a massive SCAM. Please, stay far away!

I opened a sell deal on gold on Tuesday, 29/10/2024, from a peak of 2769 with a lot size of 1 and closed it today, Wednesday, at 16:32, and gold was at this number 2773, and my total loss was 350, but unfortunately an error occurred and the deal was closed with a loss of 2197, as if the deal was closed at the number 2791.03. I want to remind you that gold did not reach this number today at that ْtime, and I will send you all the evidence that proves my words. My account balance should be 250178

I have been using FXDD for more than 10 years. Recently, I have had issues logging into my MT4 platform. I haven't received any replies after emailing several times, and the live chat is unresponsive. I’m feeling clueless about how to get help.

FXDD has been a nightmare experience. Clients, including myself, have been unable to withdraw funds for the past 6 months, with zero communication from the company. The last message was back in June, claiming FXDD was sold to a company called 888 Markets, which doesn’t seem to exist. Since then, they’ve completely ghosted everyone, and no one has received any responses or support. This feels like a classic fraud or Ponzi scheme. I strongly warn anyone considering FXDD to stay far away from this platform, as it seems they’ve simply taken our funds and vanished.

Since claiming they sold FXDD to 888 Markets there has been no response or withdrawals. One can only conclude they stole the funds and ran away. It turns out they are not regulated by the MFSA as they confirmed. No regulation at all so its easy for them to get away with it. Getting sued left and right.

Account went dormant and I decided to close and withdraw. They're very responsive with KYC documents usually so not sure why the radio silence on my withdrawal request. Seeing the other reviews about negative withdrawal experiences is why I decided to post. Stay away.

It's been more than a month since this company has turned ghosty. I can't reach any of account managers, not responsive at all. I couldn't withdraw any funds from my account. Clearly this broker has flown out with clients money.

Beware of this scam and sluggish broker. I have requested withdrawal since 10 July 2024 and still the fund hasn't been transferred. There are no responsive feedbacks from FXDD after I have sent this withdrawal issue to their respective email address.

FXDD is a complete SCAM. Do NOT deposit a single cent in this fake company which has stopped processing withdrawals since mid June 2024. On June 19th 2024 they sent a very shady email (not from an @fxdd.com domain but rather from an @fxddtrading.com domain, which is suspiciously very odd) to all of its customers communicating the following: Start quote “Hello Trader, It is with mixed emotions, FXDD is announcing a change in leadership. Our esteemed founder, Emil Assentato, who has guided the FXDD group of companies with excellence for over two decades, will be reducing his role within select FXDD Group entities. This includes the transfer of ownership of FXDD Trading SAC to new proprietors, the 888 Markets group (Co. 13397886), a consortium of UK-based companies dedicated to continuing FXDD's success. As a result of this acquisition, you are no longer a customer of FXDD as all customers of FXDD Trading SAC have moved under 888's infrastructure under new management and ownership. The transition period has commenced under the purview of the purchasing entity. Kindly note that during this transition period until the move to the new 888 infrastructure, you may still receive communication under the FXDD Brand. Going forward we suggest that for any immediate needs regarding your account, including trading activities and redemptions kindly contact 888 Markets. This will ensure your enquiries and transactions are handled promptly. Contact information for 888 Markets Ltd. are as follows: Registered Address: 24 Rotary Gardens, Gillingham, Kent, United Kingdom, ME7 2AB Email: @fxddtrading.com (Trustpilot doesn't allow emails in the reviews) We expect business operations to continue with the same level of smoothness experienced over the past several years. This transition will be conducted meticulously, aligning with the stringent financial governance rules and AML processes upheld by the acquiring company. Throughout this transition, we appreciate your understanding and patience as we consolidate accounts and operations to expedite the resumption of redemptions and trading activities. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your understanding and cooperation, anticipating a fruitful continuation of our partnership. Should you have any questions about the ongoing changes, please reach out to 888 Markets directly. FXDD Trading Support Team” End quote Note that the email that they provided in the communication for the contact information for 888 Markets Ltd. is an email with the domain @fxddtrading.com and not with any 888 Markets Ltd. domain. This is a HUGE red flag and puts in doubt any transfer of ownership to a new group in the UK. After that email was received no withdrawals have been processed and the customer portal was down for a couple of days (which I believe it was during that time that they manipulated internally the information in the customer portal in order to complete their SCAM). On top of that, all the customer support team that was based in Peru was fired overnight without any explanation and when I tried to contact them (as I did in the past through WhatsApp) they replied that they did not work at FXDD anymore and that we should send an email to @fxddtrading.com (Trustpilot doesn't allow emails in the reviews) to answer any questions or concerns. I have emailed several times but have gotten no response at all, and I am aware of many other customers that also have accounts with FXDD but have gotten no reply as well.
