The ultimate dilemma happened when we experienced a “power outage “, and my access to my trading platform was interrupted for two days On trying to re- connect ,it became frustrating, so much so ,that I appealed to my a/c manager who ,in no time at all restored my trading platform. There is no doubt ,the customer service offered by Fundiza and in particular my a/c manager is first class. Forever grateful. David Clark
