It was easy great time with FTMO, every thing is clear while i am trading on Ftmo funded account.and we need your early response while i complete the challenge.
Even though my issue has not been fully resolved yet, the FTMO support team has been very responsive, polite, and professional throughout the process. They clearly explained the situation, guided me step by step, and are actively working with their payment provider to resolve the matter. I really appreciate their transparency and willingness to help. So far, the communication and support experience has been excellent.

your FTMO really flexible and trader friendly rules are good. i am very very happy with FTMO. but in ctrder webhook alerts are not connecting to cbots in cloud. in MT5 webhook alerts are connecting to MT5.

I want to express my deep disappointment and frustration with this funding company. I have met all the requested requirements, I have submitted every single necessary document on time and in proper form, and yet you continue to make excuses and create obstacles to deliver my live account. This situation is unacceptable and reeks of fraud. Every time I contact you, I receive a different response, always asking for "one more document" or inventing new requirements that were never mentioned initially. It is evident that you have no intention of fulfilling your part of the agreement. I have invested time, money, and effort in this process, trusting that this was a serious and legitimate company. But your behavior proves otherwise: unjustified delays, lack of transparency, and constant excuses to avoid delivering what is rightfully mine. I demand an immediate solution. If I do not receive my live account within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint publicly, share my experience on social media and review platforms, and evaluate legal action for breach of contract and fraudulent practices. I expect an urgent and definitive response.
I have traded with many firms and every time I get surprised by extra unnecessary hidden rules but with FTMO I haven't had any issues and I can trade really confidently without worrying about any random hidden rules I find transparency to be the best part about this firm where a trader can thrust the the process
I'm a Nigerian, and as such I'm skeptical about prop firms because of different experiences and negative reviews about most prop firms , I started trading with FTMO this year and my experience has been great , the customer service is top notch , they attend to every case promptly and with diligence even when I had issues with my payment, my complaint was attended to within 24 hours with transparency, Once you keep within the limits of their rules , you have no problem at all and I get my payouts as at when due without any issues. Greetings everyone. I completed both stages of the challenge and verification with an account of $200,000. And now I'm an FTMO trader. I managed to reach the payout stage. The payment arrived. I trust this prop company. I've tried other prop companies, but this prop company has the most reasonable and convenient rules. Just follow them and read the FTMO rules before starting the challenge.
The Challenge in FTMO is very helpful to me, to properly calculate my risk per trade, because risk management is very important to be profitable, there rules makes me a discipline trader hope I can maintain it in the long run.
