I was denied to proceed with my account after I've passed to challenges and verification because my email has a diferente name of what I've registered my account with. Even me giving all my right details to them while registering my account with ftmo they insist I've breached a rule. I don't know what sort of people puts their government names on the email and a lot of the names are already taken even if you want to put your real name. I thought you need to give them your real details while you logged in on ftmo website and while registering your account. But I don't even know how can they see the name on the email profile. This is all weird. So I've lost 2 accounts I've passed for no reason. And trying to get an answer from live chat they unable to do it and keep logging me off. And waiting for a reply on the email but it seems it will never come. Not happy at all with this. I've registered the account with my real name and send my documents with my real name. They went try say I used 2 different names when that's not right. I won't be spending more money with challenges with this firm. I had a good opinion about them until this happen I rate this company -10 for playing with people's money with no reason to do so. I've passed 2 challenges for nothing. Money in the garbage for free.
