Great prop firm, never had an issue
FTMO is the most trustworthy prop firm in complete trading setup. The Rules and policies are clearly mentioned unlike others. They own their traders like a family and guide them through their guides, support, mentor & academy.
I am deeply disappointed with FTMO's lack of transparency and technical synchronization. My account (531095600) allegedly breached on Jan 14th due to extreme market volatility. However, FTMO’s system failed to notify me or lock the account immediately. As a result, I spent my valuable professional time all day on Jan 15th and 16th trading, believing my account was still active. I successfully recovered my equity to $9,940.16 (almost the full initial balance) through a series of profitable trades. When I contacted support, their agent (Samy) and investigator (Alan Shevchenko) claimed that accounts are kept active for "practice purposes" after a breach. This is a poor excuse for a technical delay. If I was never notified of the breach in real-time, how was I supposed to know it was "practice"? I invested my psychological capital and effort into a recovery that FTMO now refuses to acknowledge. FTMO is punishing a profitable trader for their own system's synchronization failure. I have full proof of my recovery and the delayed notifications. I expect a fair resolution, such as a Free Retry, for the time and effort wasted due to their system's lag.

They mean what they say that Client Satisfaction is their Priority # 1. By mistake I have crashed my MT5 terminal. I did contact their online support, and at no time as 10 minutes I was up and running with the help of 3 agents. Thank you very much , and I highly recommend anyone to be their client since they have a very reliable and knowledgeable customer support to help.

No one to write reviews normally but FTOM deserve this one. Prop firms get quite a bad rep these days, and there are so many fake review out there i didnt not what to expect with FTMO. From the start there customer service has been fantastic, and to top it off i recieved my first withdrawl payment one day after requesting it. Hopefully it’s not the last. Thank you FTMO
Im still in my verification phase but so far my experience is flawless. Everything works as advertised (of course i haven't tried to withdraw money yet) but the backoffice is neat, great overview and overall im just grateful to hopefully soon be able to trade with a sum of money i only dreamed of when i first started blowing my own accounts. Next review will come once i actually trade with real money and transferring it back to my account.

It took me awhile to post this review because I wanted to make sure that everything was according to what I was expecting I’ve had a great experience so far Last fortnight, I received my reward as well as my refund It was only a small reward, so I didn’t bother posting a review as I wanted to wait for something a little bit more significant This fortnight I’ve received my reward still quite small at about $2500 USD however a good start I received the email to say that the funds have been processed and because I’m based in Australia, I expected it to take a number of days The funds were in my bank within three or four hours Very impressed, thank you FTMO
