They took thousands and thousands of my money and now I want to withdrawal them out but they ghosted me and has not replied or contacted me what so ever and now I really need my money back because I am sick and got no money to buy medicine and I also can't log back to my account. THEY TOOK ALL My MONEY I REALLY HATE THIS.
i joined this broker a few months back before they changed there name to freserves which is correct because they serve themselves not there client.have done a couple off withdrawals and no joy,after i joined they gave me a bonus which i did not want .they are scammers and they should be put in jail for 10 years minimum or let me have my way with them.they only call at night when you in bed they will not call you during the day
The account manager rang me almost every day telling me the more investment more return. I felt my personal information was compromised after they asked me to download a software AnyDesk. I decided to sell my holdings and close the account. I contacted the customer support. I was informed that I can only get my initial deposit, not the trading profit. I queried them why I can not get my trading profit. No any response. They froze my account without even returning my deposit.
