I am very disappointed with my experience. I deposited over £2,800 because I wanted to start trading seriously, but instead I faced repeated technical issues that caused major losses. On multiple occasions, including last week and again on Friday, my stop-loss orders did not trigger correctly after market reopen. I also experienced freezing issues where I could not close my trades, even though the market price was moving. I recorded videos and took screenshots as proof showing the exact price and time — but the broker still refused to acknowledge any platform fault. Their response simply blamed my internet connection, even though I was using strong 4G/5G and have never experienced this issue with other trading apps. I have shown them evidence more than once, yet they keep rejecting my concerns. As a new trader, this has been extremely stressful. I understand there is risk in trading, but losses caused by technical problems are not fair. I shared every detail I could, but they did nothing to help. The biggest problem i had during these years was data issues very often. Its not possible to work with chart that get updated after couple minutes sometimes even hours.
