Quick response
Fast and polite communication

I have two accounts with FP Markets (MT5 81605463, MT4 52005001). After depositing USD 10,000, I made around USD 12,000 in profit. On [date], my entire trade history disappeared and my profit was reversed, without any advance notice or detailed explanation. I requested the audit trail (ticket IDs, server logs, price feed, timestamps) and the exact policy clause used to justify this action, but have not received a satisfactory response yet. I’m happy to share deposit receipts and statements. I expect either reinstatement of trades or a proper settlement of my profit.
Harry is precise and professional

⚠️ FP Markets — Fake Price Spike and Account Liquidation (My Real Experience) I want to share my honest experience with FP Markets so other traders can stay alert. On [16 oct 2025], I was trading US30 (Dow Jones), and the market price never went above 46,500. In fact, the price was falling from around 46,300 during that time. However, FP Markets liquidated my account at a fake price level of 48,227, which never existed on any real market feed (including TradingView and other brokers). As a result, my account was completely wiped out, and the balance even went negative. This clearly shows price manipulation or an inaccurate feed from FP Markets. A reputable broker should not liquidate positions at a price that the market never reached. I have screenshots and MT5/MT4 records proving that the US30 never touched 48,227, yet FP Markets executed liquidation at that fake price. After this incident, I can confidently say: > ❌ FP Markets cannot be trusted. ⚠️ Traders should be extremely careful before depositing funds here. I have already reported this matter to FP Markets support and will escalate to ASIC and AFCA if no fair resolution is provided. Transparency and fairness are the backbone of trading — and FP Markets has failed both.
Giannis had a fast response for my questions, that's all you need from a provider.

Vero good assistance

Statement Regarding FP Markets and Broker Misconduct I am deeply concerned about the trading practices on your platform. You advertise 1:500 leverage accounts, yet when the U.S. market opens, the leverage is suddenly reduced to zero without warning. This not only disrupts open positions but also causes forced liquidations — which is completely unacceptable. It appears that the system is being manipulated to make traders lose. On multiple occasions, I have also witnessed suspicious market behavior. For example, during EUR/CHF trades with a clear directional trend, sudden 35–40 pip gaps appear around 11 PM European time — conveniently timed to trigger stop losses and close profitable positions. These are not normal market movements; they appear engineered and strategically timed. This pattern raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. FP Markets needs to explain these irregularities and ensure that traders are not being deliberately disadvantaged through internal manipulation or hidden algorithms. As a trader, I expect an honest, transparent environment — not one where leverage and prices are adjusted behind the scenes to create artificial losses. If FP Markets wants to maintain any credibility, it must address these issues publicly and take full responsibility for fair and regulated trading conditions. If you are working with any broker that operates like a bucket shop — manipulating prices, changing leverage without consent, or hiding behind offshore entities such as in the Bahamas or other tax havens — leave immediately. Choose a broker regulated under serious jurisdictions such as the U.S. (CFTC/NFA), the U.K. (FCA), the EU (ESMA/CySEC/CONSOB/BaFin), or Australia (ASIC). Regulatory Status of FP Markets (as of 2025): FP Markets is a multi-regulated broker that holds several licences worldwide: Australia: ASIC Licence No. 286354 Cyprus: CySEC Licence No. 371/18 South Africa: FSCA Authorised Financial Services Provider Seychelles: FSA (Financial Services Authority) The Bahamas: SCB (Securities Commission of The Bahamas) Mauritius: FSC (Financial Services Commission) Kenya: CMA (Capital Markets Authority) These offshore entities often operate under weaker regulatory supervision, which can expose traders to higher risk. Always verify which branch of FP Markets your account is under, as only ASIC- and CySEC-regulated entities provide stronger client protections. Important Advice for Traders: Do not waste time arguing with offshore brokers. They will never admit fault or take your complaints seriously. If you have recorded or documented evidence of manipulation or suspicious activity, go directly to financial regulators and authorities. Where to Report Misconduct: United States: CFTC or NFA European Union: ESMA or your national financial regulator United Kingdom: FCA Australia: ASIC Canada: IIROC Singapore: MAS Cyprus: CySEC South Africa: FSCA File a formal report and attach any screenshots or screen recordings of irregular activity. Regulators rely on such evidence to take stronger action against platforms that manipulate markets and abuse trader trust. Offshore “brokers” that play games with pricing and leverage are not protecting you — they are exploiting you. If FP Markets or any broker truly stands for transparency, they will demonstrate it through fair execution and open accountability — not excuses. Traders deserve better. Don’t stay silent; report and move your funds to a fully regulated broker before it’s too late.
She was really helpful and she managed to finish my account verification so fast

Be aware !!!! Fpmarkets LLC is an offshore and B-Book broker. Do your research!!! It is Not regulated and highly manipulating your accounts. Your trades are Not Real. I do not recommend! What “B-book” means • When you open a trade, the broker has two choices: • A-book: Send your order to the real market (liquidity providers, banks, ECNs). • B-book: Keep your trade in-house so they become your counterparty. If you buy gold, the broker automatically takes the opposite side (they “sell” gold to you on paper). Why some brokers do it • Instead of paying external liquidity fees, they just offset winners and losers internally. • Your loss = their profit (and vice-versa). • They may hedge some exposure externally if too many clients are on one side, but most trades stay internal. Do not use their services under any circumstances, or you risk losing your entire capital. At first, trading may appear normal, but once you start generating consistent profits, the broker begins to interfere with trades and manipulate execution. I have screenshots and evidence showing this behavior in real time and how they manipulate chart, spreads and every other tools to gain from your losses. It is actually unbelievable. I had to monitor multiple accounts to confirm. You will never consistently win with FP Markets LLC (the offshore, unregulated entity based in St. Vincent & The Grenadines). They may even target specific accounts to conceal unfair practices. Keep in mind that trades on this platform are not executed on real markets they are internal (B-book) transactions. Although their customer service responds quickly and withdrawals work fine at first, this does not change the underlying issue: the trading environment is manipulated and unsafe for genuine traders. Always research your broker before investing your capital.
Harry really helped me a lot, whenever I need help they are always very helpful and they also don't take much time that's why I'm rating it five start for their customer service

The actual trading with MT5 was fine. Their platform / website is awful, and customer service is appalling, with contradictory answers, questions ignored and general incompetence (in my opinion)
