Their knowledge of trading is superficial at best, and they mostly follow scripted responses without providing real support. Customer service is more focused on pushing you to deposit more money rather than actually helping with your concerns.

They has an enviable big range of methods to top up the account and of course I want to test their learning courses, because I am not that proficient at trading and it's thrilling to learn new stuff. But they is holding with the launch for too long. Maybe of course it's not their blame, cuz I understand how it's tough to start a whole platform with such a big range of tools.

I’m a rookie trader and despite that I managed to sort out how everything works and it says how easy it's to navigate on their platform and it is worth a lot that Fortissio could create such great conditions.
