AVOID - THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH FAKE FEES. Forex.com is a total scam. I deposited via debit card, but they sent an unauthorized international wire instead of a card refund. The wire failed, my bank (TD) never even saw it, yet Forex.com stole $65 from my balance as a "fee" for their own mistake. They hold your money hostage and charge you for their incompetence. Customer service is useless. I am filing a formal complaint with CIRO and starting a bank chargeback. Don't trust them with your money!

The absolute worst experience. Customer service is rude and incompetent. They take multiple days to respond, only to ask for documents that apply only to other countries, then take multiple days to respond again. They ask for things that were already provided the day before. Something that should take an hour takes almost 2 weeks. Use another broker.

I’ve had a consistently poor experience with FOREX.com’s trading platform. Their system forcibly resets logins at 8:00 AM sharp, even if you logged in moments earlier. This is disruptive on its own, but it is compounded by frequent platform lag and unresponsive behavior. Orders, clicks, and requests often fail to register in real time, leading to repeated inputs, only for actions to suddenly execute all at once when the lag catches up. The most concerning issue is platform reliability during high-impact market events. On multiple occasions, during significant price movements, the platform experienced Cloudflare or login-related issues that prevented account access entirely, despite an active session. Being locked out during periods of volatility is unacceptable for any trading platform. Additionally, spreads on so-called “raw pricing” accounts will randomly and dramatically expand far beyond advertised ranges, with liquidity effectively disappearing on both sides. These events consistently occur at the worst possible times and lack transparency or justification. I trusted this platform with real trading capital and suffered losses directly tied to platform instability, login failures, and execution issues. The ongoing technical problems and associated stress materially impacted my ability to trade rationally and manage risk effectively. That level of disruption completely erodes trust. Overall, this platform feels unreliable and poorly engineered for serious trading. Based on my experience, it is not something I would trust with capital again. I am taking my loss, leaving an honest review, and moving on. The lack of quality, transparency, and customer consideration is deeply disappointing.

My experience was great because of the interaction with your very competent employee Katherine. I was also impressed at how quickly my call was answered.I might venture to say that Forex is going in the right direction because of its obvious focus on innovation,honest operation,and very importantly, the caliber of its employees and the quality of services offered to its clients.

I tried to make a Withdrawal and they asked me to do it trough my bank account. I have been going back and forth sending information for two weeks now, and it is very unprofessional and unreliable that the issue has still not been resolved. They have not give me any solutions. After 3 weeks they solved the issue making me a transfer ti my skrill account. the experience was awful.

I have account 24408867. I withdrew money from 23/12 and now it is 28/12 but still haven't received the money, they keep saying they are reviewing. I think they are trying to scam my money Be careful ------ Update Although it took a long time, the withdrawal order was processed.

Location - In particular, regulations in Indonesia must be fulfilled immediately to increase my and my colleagues' trust. Deposit and withdrawal processes are also efficient and timely. My withdrawal totaled $38,000 without any issues, which is good for the 2021 to 2025 range! Although the account opening requirements are quite strict, the overall security and user experience make FOREX.COM highly recommendable. As of right now, I have been loving working with FOREX.COM, they have been accurate, amazing at answering any questions I have, regardless of how small they may be. I would recommend them just!!!
