I have been with forex.com for many years since my account was transferred from my first forex platform company I joined back then for the first time GFT, but this company stopped dealing in forex. Recently I had a transaction problem in which I tried to feed my account some money to start trading again, but those transaction failed, and still the money was taken from my account. I contacted forex.com customer and they were prompt and very helpful. After a few days the money landed back in my account. Forex.com is a regulated and highly trustworthy company, your money is always in safe hands. Trade with peace of mind and never worry about being scammed or cheated.

THIS BROKER IS THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION I HAVE EVR HAD THE DISPLEASUR TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I HAVE BEEN TRADING WITH THEM FOR 9 YEARS NOW. THE PROBLRM STARTS FOLK AFTER YOU HAVE TRADED AND TRY TO WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY. AT THAT TIME THEY START TO TELL YOU WHY YOU CAN’T WITHDRAW YUR OWN MONEY. POLICIES SUCH AS YOU CAN’T WITHDRAW MORE THAN YOU HAVE DEPOSITED. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE ALL DAY TRYING TO GET THEM TO SEND ME $900.00 THAT I REQUESTED TWO DAYS AGO. THE REASON I CAN’T GET MY MONEY IS BECAUSE MY BANK AT CHASE HAS NO ACH COMMUNICATION WITH FOREX.COM, THEY ALSO HAVE NO COMMUNICATION WITH STONE X WHO IS THEIR SOPOSSED PARENT SINCE 2020 BOUGHT FROM GAIN CAPITAL. THE PROBLEM IS THAT FOREX.COM CAN NOT FIX THEIR COMMUNUCATIONS ISSUES ON THEIR END.I HAVE BEEN PROMISSED SINCE JULY OF THIS YEAR THAT THEY WOULD LOOK INTO MY ISSUES. THE ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS SITUATION IS THAT THE HEAD MAN AT THE NY OFFICE “ASLAN” REMOTELY VIEWED ME TRYING TO LINK FOREX.COM AND CHASE THIS MORNING FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR. WHEN CHASE ASK TO NAME THE INSTITUTION NITHER STONE X OR GAIN CAPITL SHOWS UP. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO CHASE BANK ASKING IS THERE ANY COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MY CHECKING ACCUNT AND FOREX.COM AND I CONTINUOUSLY GET THE SAME ANSWER NO. BUT FOREX.COM KEEPS TELLING ME THAT THE COMMUNICATION IS THERE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INCOMPETENT ORGANIZATION! FOLKS YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW THAT TODAY FOREX.COM WROTE ME AN EMAIL CAMCELLING MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM. CURRENTLY THEY HAVE $330.00 IN MY ACCOUNT WHICH THEY HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING TO ME BECAUSE THERE BACK OFFICE CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH MY CHASE ACCOUNT. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO $900.00 STILL OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THAT IS SUPPOSIDLY ON THE WAY TO MY CHASE ACCOUNT NOW. THE FACT OF THE MATTER FOLKS IS THROUGH PLAID I HAVE NOT DEPOSITED OR RECIEVED ONE SENT OF MY OWN MONEY SINCE THEY STARTED USING PLAID TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY BANK. THE ONLY MONEY I HAVE SEEN IS ABOUT $500.00 THAT I WITHDREW TO MY CHASE DEBIT CARD! WHEN YOU LAY WITH DOGS YOU WILL GET FLEAS! YOU WOULD BE AN ABSOLUTE FOOL TO EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ONE CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AFTER READING THIS!
After trying quite some brokers for trading CFDs i am happy to finally having joined FOREX.com. Great and quick service as well as a completely transparent cost structure. Add low spreads and zero comission with the standard account and here we go, my broker i will stay with.
So far Forex company has answered all of my questions in great detail. This is really helpful.
Great visuals, handling and overall feel. Spread a bit bigger, but it is better to learn with bigger spreads. Great for begginers.

It is the best application for trading. It is easy to charge the balance and easy to return the money. The application is clear and the lists are clear.
HATE THAT THEY DECIDE TO JUST GET RID OF THIER SIGNALS THEY USED TO SEND AND ALL OF A SUDDEN, THEY DONT WORK WITH CHIME EVEN THOUGH IVE BEEN USING THAT TO ADD MONEY. SO I JUST DELETED THIS APP, NO LONGER DESERVES MY BUSINESS. APP SUCKS

Pathetic Service and customer support, very time consuming to open the account compared to the available competitor who are technology driven and efficient, seems forex.com need to upgrade or to have skilled staff.

customer support was great.

Terrible experience with the mobile app.There have been instances when I’m trying to close a position and the platform is unable to execute my order.Went to chat with the support team and they terminated to conversation mid chat without providing a solution or context why this error message was occurring.This is very concerning because there are financial implications to any delays in the execution of orders.
Great customer service thus far

Deposit into my account is instant but withdrawal took a one week for them to process, compared to one hour by another company. Communication had been unproductive, inconsistent and redundant, wasting their time and mine. The software including the smartphone app have obvious bugs. Reply: "deposited funds must be returned to the originating source". Forex.com has no way to know my original source details because that info was deleted from my account, not by me. Delays were caused purely by Forex.com, my bank had processed the transaction instantly. Service standard set by other regulated competitor is one hour.
