xChief is the worst broker I ever came across. There's no support team at all I've been trying to reach out to them but haven't got any response back. I can't withdraw my profits I made.

Welcome to the one platform where customer service only response on review but not on problems on there platform. Gmail no response the only thing there have is a live bot that doesn't give a reason answer on telegram and live chat. So if you have any problems just forget about them helping you.
I had a terrible experience with xChief broker. Their platform is unreliable, constantly freezing during trades, and the spreads are much higher than advertised. Customer support is practically useless — slow to respond and often gives copy-paste answers that don’t solve anything. Withdrawals take forever, and I even had issues with unexplained fees being deducted from my account. Overall, xChief feels untrustworthy and unprofessional — I strongly advise others to stay away.
I withdrew $15 via USDT BEP20 but got only $12 – a $3 fee is just too much. On top of that, the withdrawal took almost 8 hours to arrive. With brokers like Exness, I never pay withdrawal fees and funds come instantly. Really disappointed with XChief, won’t recommend.
I have been using this broker for the last 1 year and have never faced any issues with deposits or withdrawals. Their overall service is excellent, and transactions are processed smoothly and on time. However, there is one thing I personally don’t like — the crypto withdrawal fees. For example: TRC20: 2 USDT BEP20: 3 USDT ERC20: 7 USDT In reality, the actual blockchain fee is much lower. For example, BEP20 transaction fees on the Binance Smart Chain are generally around $0.10 or even less. I also use other brokers where the crypto withdrawal fee is zero, so this high charge feels unnecessary. If the withdrawal fees could be reduced to match the real blockchain costs, this broker would be even better.
They are scammers who stole my money, it was little more, with the same amount I deposited in several other brokers I operated in 5 at the same time, Xchief delayed several operations and took down several others of mine, I will show the evidence to the competent bodies that this broker must use software to harm people. I HAVE MORE THAN 10K IN BALANCE IN OTHER BROKERS ALREADY, while the deposit I made of 150 Xchief stole from me. Be careful with this broker, they do not seem to be honest at all.
No PAYMENT!!!! Their No Deposit Bonus in the app is showing two lots traded but in my mt4 it's 30 lots !!!! It's been over 24 hours and still not updated or anything from the tickets I opened!!! Their Customers care ain't answering and their terms and conditions don't include minimum time for opening a trade!!!! Just 30 lots!! * What's the minimum time for holding a trade then!!!! Trust pilot doesn't allow pictures I would have screenshot your terms and conditions to show you that it says NOTHING AT ALL ABOUT A MINIMUM TIME OR PIPS RANGe ,even in the contracts specification!!!!!! * Your auto bot still didn't give me a direct reply when I asked what's the pip rande and Time!!!!The link it sends has no Time and Price Range!!!!!!! I opened an account solely for the promised $500 welcome bonus. Big mistake! Suspicious slippage I closed the exact same trades on my other brokerage accounts at the same time—with zero slippage. On XCHIeF, though, my loss was two to three times larger. Funny how that only happens here. Bonus that turns against you The moment my unrealized loss got close to the bonus amount, XCHIeF simply deactivated the credit and wiped my balance to zero. Their “gift” is really a tripwire designed to blow up your account. Total lack of transparency No clear explanation for the price discrepancies or the sudden removal of the credit. Support replies are nothing but copy-and-paste boilerplate. Trust destroyed After this ordeal, there’s no way I’m entrusting funds to a broker that changes the rules whenever it suits them. Bottom line: If you value your capital, steer clear. The $500 bonus is bait that could end up costing you far more than it ever gives.
I joined XChief and took part in their Welcome Bonus promotion. After completing all the required trading conditions, I was informed that a manager would contact me via WhatsApp within 3–7 days to process my withdrawal. It’s now been 9 days, and I have not received any call or follow-up. I contacted their support multiple times, but only received automated replies with no real help. This is frustrating and feels very unprofessional. I followed all the rules, and I’m simply asking for the profit I earned through valid trading. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, otherwise I’ll be forced to escalate this further.

I am using xChief to forex trade for few months and i am satisfied with my experience especially the 100$ no deposit bonus option which i could withdraw after trading 30 lots happy with that...

The no deposit bonus is the biggest waste of time, the required turnover is 30 lots in 30 days
XChief is a normal broker. Withdrawals without delays, the terminal does not glitch. It is suitable for scalping.
I started trading with xChief a couple of weeks ago. Everything is clear even for a beginner^ low minimum deposit, convenient platform. Withdrawal without problems. I like it so far!

As a suggestion, add more content about the qualities of the broker in Spanish, and think about how to add a replicator for traders who operate in NinjaTrader and can replicate their operations in MT4 and MT5.
The withdrawal with crypto is fast, usually within 30mins of business hours.
Interesting company. I liked the trading conditions and the fact that the company is ASIC regulated. I know that this license is not easy to obtain
