Summary
Multiple reviewers accuse FmarketX and associated sites of being a fraudulent operation whose staff and advisors systematically deceive clients. Common complaints include aggressive marketing and false profit promises on trial accounts, refusal or ignoring of withdrawal requests, rude and condescending behavior when clients try to withdraw, and organized schemes to divert funds. Several users name individuals allegedly involved (e.g., Inna Ivanno-Kirova, Harvey Olsson, Frank P. Kessler, and a Mr. Peter Edwards) and describe money being routed through third‑party bank accounts and even a Bulgarian bank, with subsequent phishing attempts demanding additional “fees.” Spain’s financial regulator (CNMV) is reported to have warned about the platform. While one reviewer mentions a successful chargeback and suggests joining a class action handled by Lit Claim, the overall consensus is to avoid the platform and pursue legal or chargeback remedies if defrauded; one user also noted swiftmission.link as helpful.

This is a fraudulent company and we all need to stay away. We could fight them for some money and other victims join in. I won a charge-back. You can join the fight and get the word out. The company serving the class action suit is - Lit Claim , you can look them up.

Spain's National Securities Market Commission has recently issued a warning against using FmarketX. Regrettably, I can fully endorse that. A certain Frank P Kessler of FmarketX was managing a forex account on my behalf and the inevitable happened when I tried to withdraw my funds. He claimed that, being Danish, he did not have a UK Bank account so he had paid my money into the Barclays Bank account of a colleague, Mr. Peter Edwards, who would transfer it to my Bank. He asked me to pay his commission to Mr. Edwards so I have his personal Bank account details, which I know are genuine. I was then told that Mr. Edwards had apparently sent my money to a Bulgarian Bank for some unknown reason, although it's not hard to guess. The Bank in question is one of the biggest in Bulgaria and fully regulated but some person or persons, posing as this bank, have been trying to extract more money from me as a "fee." The Bank in question has seen their emails and confirmed these are phishing emails and a scam. I only have the email address for Kessler but I will be passing Edwards' full Bank account details to the police in the dossier I am compiling. I pity the people who have awarded these scammers 5 stars; they are in for a terrible disappointment.

These people are schemers, I knew there was no way i was getting back my deposit on my own.  I had lost all the money my late parents left me to then swiftmission.link were incredibly helpful and good listeners. The minute I tried to make a withdrawal, they became very rude and condescending. Big Scam.

Biggest scammers around. Do not trust any of the advisors. I tried a trial account and they promise so many money making schemes but none are true. You will lose all your money, be careful.

One of the biggest scammers in the crypto platforms, there team is specially trained in scamming people and they will go any length to do so, very cruel and no remorse to human life. Team is very well trained and they would go any length to steel and enjoy with that money.
