They are now bankruptcy! 13.06.2024. Look their website! FINMA closed them! But you get your money back, if it's not more then 100'000 CHF. I have luck, wanted open a account on 16.06.2024. A few days more early and my money would say: "Bye bye baby" like Burt Reynolds....
Great. They are the cheapest and the service is good

I have nothing but good things to say about this broker. The slightest problem that i have is instantly resolved, 10/10 support. Very fast withdrawals/deposits. Low fees. Easy on-boarding
While waiting times can be quite long on calls, once I am connected with a customer support staff, they are very welcoming and do their best to help me with my case. I requested information regarding a transfer that was pending and the support was dedicated to check with their payment team to understand my case. In the end, the problem was resolved and I appreciate the help.

Harry was really welcoming and efficient: He recommended to download the Pro app (which I think is a no-brainer but I hadn't done it yet...). Thanks to this I was able to track the performance of some securities I was interested in. Harry also explained the forms that Flowbank offers for tax declarations.

It’s a reliable-ish bank but it’s often used by big fraud and scamming companies as the bank does not respond to other international banks when they get in touch regarding scam transactions to resolve the issue. My banks are trying to get through to them as well as me personally and none of us are receiving any response from them which leaves everyone in bad spirits
(UPDATE: Still no payment has been made! (2024.07.04) And they said in email that it has already been transferred! In addition, I see on the dashboard that no transfer has been made yet.... I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 8 WEEKS) Maybe it's a Ponzi scheme? We'll find out but until then, whoever can, take your money off FLOWBANK!!! A big disappointment! They do not answer me either, their systems are not working at all, I have not been able to transfer money for months and I really need the money! I no longer see anything on my account. All sessions are inaccessible, I no longer see the amount in my account and even see my IBAN. Are you saying you didn't see my data in your database? Here is my ID: BEO4094001. You don't respond to them for almost a week. When we call you you leave us on hold until roaming empties our pockets. That's why I'm giving you the information here. Go check this information in your and you will see me. Also check my ID and you will find my account in your databases. It's urgent for.
I attempted to transfer my stocks to another bank, but they're refusing to facilitate the process. They've ceased responding to my emails. While it's possible to deposit stocks, retrieving them is restricted unless they are sold.
They are blundering with their technical side. They don't have their stuff together. Their software glitches all the time. My EA's are constantly signalling problems. They brag about their leverage of 1:200 but yet it is by default 1:100 and no button to change. They have to do it manually and still waiting 2 days until unlocking the 200 leverage. Their home dashboard is also full of glitches. And staff need to consult other staff constantly for clarification of issues. General idea is good but in practice they keep blundering.

Using for around 3 weeks already. Had some issues to withdraw, but problem solved after I've configured Google Authentication in my account. Support always answered to my questions. Their API is well documented.

It's just a disaster. 1. Platform (MobileApp) is very unstable. You may loose some activity for period of time, later you might see it back. 2. Hidden charges. Have no clue how did that happened, but I got negative balance with minus few hundred USD and being charged daily fee. While tried to exchange CHF for USD - nothing happens. The app shows that request processed, but there is nothing reflecting in the app... And continious charges. 3. Some positions are just impossible to sell. I tried to sell my grayscale ETF and know what? How many times I tried - nothing. The position is there - 0 cash on account. It's just not responding for my requests for DAYS 4. For 3rd day trying to widthdraw my cash from this app to close account. And obviously every time I submit payout - there is ERROR "Status code didn't fall...." Overal this is very weak platform with very high risks of loosing your money on some unintentional unstable platform....
The customer service confirmed to me that it is possible to transfer the money from Flowbank to Third party to Asia, at the end it is not possible. So it cost me a lot of time and fees for back and ward transfers. I complained to Flowbank, they are not in position to handle the complain. They just ignore it. This company is diabolical to say the least. I sent them rll the documents they required and still they wanted more things. They changed the goalposts at every turn. The customer service is an abortion, avoid at ALL costs!!!!

Fair behaviour of the bank: Refund of interests. I was debited with interests since the USD account had a negative balance following a transaction that I executed. The bank refunded the interests.

WHEN 2 TIMES WERE SET WITH MICROSOFT TEAMS NO ONE RESPONDED. THEIR RATES ARE WAY TOO HIGH AND THEY DONT PAY ANY INTEREST ON CASH ACCOUNTS AND AT .50% ON MARKUP CURRENCY FEES YOU WOULD BE CRAZY TO GO HERE.IF YOU WANT PRIVACY WITH GOOD RATES GO TO SINGAPORE.THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. IT REMINDS ME OF BANKING IN THE FRIGGIN CARIBBEAN.
