I switched from another broker to Fintrexcap mainly for the tight spreads — and they delivered. I'm focused on forex scalping and needed solid execution with low latency. Using their MT5 integration, I’ve seen real improvement in entry accuracy.
The desktop platform is solid, but the mobile version feels a bit clunky when managing positions. That said, their support team was helpful when I had issues with order limits. Profited on a decent ETH/USD swing — spreads held up even during volatility.
Had a withdrawal that took longer than usual — almost two full days. Normally they’re quicker, so I was starting to stress. Sent a message to support, and they told me they were just doing extra security checks. Money arrived the next day, so all good in the end. I’d rather they take their time and keep things secure anyway.

My advise to anyone thinking of investing money with this company, stay away from them. I was pushed a lot to keep investing and when want to withdraw a small amount, totally being ignored. Save yourself from them.
Fintrexcap took advantage of me. I was looking for ways to grow my portfolio and came across them. The deposits were the easy part. The withdrawals are were the issues are. Almost impossible to get any money out, regardless of how much was invested. Then they pressured me countless times to make advance payments when I wanted my hard earned money back. I definitely didn't agree to this and glad I had Eleven and Stone by my side, to make sure I didn't encounter any losses. Don't give Fintrexcap any money or you might lose it, like I almost lost mine.

Hi, Please don't work with this company. They will make promises but won't deliver! When you will ask them for a refund, they will not do it but rather they will get someone else to call you and try to get you to invest more money... I've had 5 different people calling me... several times a day. When you decline paying more and insisting on getting your money back, they end up hanging up on you. Stay away from this company.
Left phone number 2 years ago on one online form and getting phone calls from them at least 3 times a week - asked countless times to remove my number and stop calling but still receiving calls - looking how persistent they are in this they are definitely scammers and I would not trust any positive review here. Leaving negative review after another 2 calls today.
My first withdrawal was delayed, and I got a bit concerned, but customer service was quick to explain the reason and it arrived the next day. After that, every withdrawal has been processed quickly without issues.

Hello my name is miguel . Three months ago I made an investment with the company but I have not had any profits. My advisor at the moment is Natalie Belsky. At this point in the investment I want to withdraw it but my advisor is asking me to make a payment of 4,800 euros in order to receive my money. I don't understand why I have to keep paying to receive my own investment. What kind of platform does that? Now is the time when my advisor has not given me access to a wallet where the withdrawal amounts of my investment have to be sent to me. That leaves a lot to think about the company. It doesn't make sense that in order to receive you have to keep paying.
Just a scam company, i put the minimum required in which they suggested, then all the did was ask for more money at one stage they asked for $50,000 all the while the money i had in there didn't lose money but never made any either, when i had enough and told them there was no more money and to return what i had they said no and with in 4 days they money was just about gone
This is just another fake trading platform, you will just lose your money, you will never be allowed to withdraw your money from it. STAY AWAY There is no customer support
