Summary
Reviews are mixed but predominantly negative. Many users accuse Finq.com of fraudulent and high-pressure practices: cold-calling potential clients, assigning account managers who push continual deposits, giving misleading trading advice that led to large losses or wiped accounts, and imposing hidden fees or preventing withdrawals after customers try to cash out. Specific complaints name individual managers (several reviewers mention names) and describe patterns of initial small deposits and successful withdrawals to build trust, then escalating demands for more money and sudden disappearance or silence from staff. Several report concrete losses (from thousands to life savings) and urge others to avoid the broker; some say they recovered funds only with help from third-party recovery services. In contrast, a minority of reviewers describe positive experiences: account managers who taught beginners, helpful bonuses, and small profitable trades, recommending the broker. Overall the dominant theme is distrust and warnings about potential scams, with a few isolated accounts of satisfactory service.

I’m very grateful to the company that helped me recover my money, as you can see from my display name and profile image. I want to confirm that the company I dealt with before were scammers. They called me and asked to deposit a small amount first, then encouraged me to make a small withdrawal to gain my trust. A person named Enrico was calling me every day, telling me when to buy and sell, and showing how my money seemed to be growing. After some time, they asked me to deposit more — I sent 5,000€. A week later, the calls stopped. I tried to manage it myself and when I saw the balance growing, I attempted to withdraw 10,000€. I couldn’t. Then someone called, saying I had to keep buying and selling or I would lose everything. The next day, my account balance went to minus. Be very careful — these people are professional scammers.

I'm beyond furious and absolutely disgusted by my experience with Finq, and I need to warn everyone about their scandalous operations. This isn't just a bad review; it's a warning shot for anyone even remotely considering using their services. Finq contacted me out of the blue in September 2022, claiming they'd magically found my number through my so-called "interest" in investments. Right from the start, it smelled like a scam. Then, they had the audacity to pass me off to their so-called financial manager, who has zero qualifications whatsoever, Thomas, who turned out to be nothing more than a high-pressure scam artist. He demanded more and more money, dangling the carrot of massive profits in front of me, only to vanish into thin air the moment my back was turned. Under his advice, I nearly plunged myself into serious debt, trying to secure a loan for an "investment opportunity" that was clearly nothing but smoke and mirrors. I ended up losing 4,973.50 USD to these fraudsters, and when I tried to confront them, seeking some form of accountability or at least an explanation, they ignored me completely. Then, in a move that reeks of gall, Thomas called me back, pretending to be all apologies and offering to "compensate" me if I just invested more money into their pit of lies. I'm livid. Finq is a den of thieves, preying on individuals with promises of wealth while plotting to steal every penny you invest. Their business is built on deceit, manipulation, and outright theft. Do not be fooled by any sweet talk or promises they throw your way. They are fraudsters, through and through, and they should be avoided at all costs. If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, stay as far away from Finq as possible. Let my experience be the warning you heed.

The biggest fraud masters in brokers is finq.com...The guy named Roy who claims to be a trade floor manager is the biggest crook......He is been lead by his team....what shame for this man to earn money ....its better for him to do prostitution on the street...This guy ruined my 100k account in 2 months with his false advice

Do not believe anything they have to say. They use the traders on their platform as collateral to try and make trades that suite their agenda. Even if you think you can be smart about it and not follow their advice, they will continue to bombard you with false advice and create stressful scenarios you are better off avoiding. I felt their information was harmless inputs, but this led to heavy losses. they misguide you with hidden fees quoting that these are from the platform and that they only make money when you do. (completely false) . You are better off not doing this at all, and if you must do it on a platform other than this.
