Support is lazy and they don't entertain if you ask any question. So how can you move forward with an order? Do not trust this Fin service. Do not use!

First of all the minimum withdrawal amount in Finpros forex trading is USD 35000. I am not aware about this and I asked many times in the platform customer service regarding the withdrawal amount and process. But they were not giving exact reply and insist me to increase the trading amount. While initiating the withdrawal they asked me to remit 20% as conversion fee for the full wallet amount. I have paid the fees as they mentioned and initiated the withdrawal. Their message was since this is your first withdraw a large amount, in order to ensure the safety of the withdrawals, please apply for the number of withdrawals according to the amount provided. Test amount 18888 rupees. the first withdrawal amount is 18888 rupees. The second withdrawal amount is 188888 rupees. The third withdrawal is the entire amount. My question is the first 2 withdrawals amount mentioned is confusing the customer and 90% chance to make mistake. All except is the digit " 8 ". They can give us a figure like 15000 or 20000 like that. But they need the customer to make mistake the digit "8". It happened in my case I missed one 8 in the 2nd withdrawal and my account was frozen asked for a risk deposit of 3 Million INR to activate my withdrawal channel. That is more than 80% of my total amount in the wallet. Is their any justification for this amount? In short I am unable to take the withdrawal and my full amount is still in their wallet.

They did well with all my requests, the Guy JA must be a scammer, i dont think they have a Melanie working for them, i met them all in Dubai last month, so i know they a legit
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Put in a withdrawal request. I had an account manager who called herself Melanie, all of a sudden she decided she was no longer my account manager and wouldn't deal with any request for withdrawal. Zero support service. Honestly stay well away from them!

For anyone reading this. Finpros is a good company to trade with. I changed many brokers in my 8 years of trading and I only keep accounts with 2, now 3 with finpros. They are the cheapest i worked with till now, fast execution, fantastic customer service and easy withdrawals.
Spot on fast withdrawals Withdrawals are very fast! That is the most important thing that I look for in a broker (other than the low fees, platform not lagging, etc.) and FinPros has it! Thank you and keep up the good work guys!
There seems to be nothing that FinPros cannot offer to its customers in the realm of brokerage. I have been a happy customer for a year now, and it feels like every day they add on new services, educational content, instruments and conveniences. I mostly trade in the short-term with high volume. 1) no lags, 2) no slippages, 3) no partial fills for my positions. Hope they keep their quality cause I see they are growing fast
What I love the most in FinPros is the automated trading. I don't find many brokers who provides this service, but FinPros do. Expert Advisors (EA) work great on the MT5. No complaint.
Fairly good company! I've been trading with Finpros quite a while now. The support team is amazing and very fast, and execution is just wow! Never had a problem with it. And I had zero problems with the withdrawal of my funds.
