Summary
Most reviewers describe Finotive Funding as a reliable and trustworthy prop firm with fast and easy payouts, tight spreads, and professional trading conditions. Many praise the firm’s customer support, highlighting its responsiveness, fairness, and willingness to help traders resolve issues — even when mistakes are the trader’s fault. Several traders appreciate the transparent rules, useful tools like calculators and dashboards, and smooth transitions between phases. Positive feedback also emphasizes quick withdrawals, user-friendly technology, and respectful communication. However, some users criticize frequent or sudden rule changes, unclear notional volume restrictions, and inconsistent advertising practices. Overall, Finotive Funding is regarded as a solid and client-oriented prop firm, though traders should carefully read and understand its rules.

Unjust account breach due to an automated server execution glitch that opened 10+ BUY positions on XAU/USD in the exact same second (16:01:56). Executing this manually on a mobile device is physically impossible. When I requested MT5 execution logs and IP records for Ticket #172789, the Risk Team refused transparency, hiding behind internal policies. Avoid if you expect fair execution and support.

Lost a $200,000 Challenge account closed for exceeding 5 strikes under the Notional Volume rule. One of the five strikes was recorded at exactly 1,000% against a 1,000% limit — equal to the limit, not above it. UPDATE (18 August 2026): Resolved. After I raised the case again, Finotive's risk team reviewed it properly, confirmed the disputed strike had been applied incorrectly, removed all strikes and reset the account to its full $200,000 starting balance — more than I had asked for. Credit where it is due: they investigated honestly and fixed their own mistake without argument, and that says a lot about how a firm handles a dispute. Raising the rating accordingly. I will share my further experience with them as I continue trading this account.

I really liked this firm and was very happy with some of the new product and the things I saw and experienced but some of the things am seeing now are really not what I expected. I really don't understand why my account was flagged and my payout reduced to 10% and the conditions for the no deposit stringent it would have been better not to give than to give with such conditions in 30 days i really don't think it's for our good this morning alone i can't access my trades from my mt5 on the 2 accounts when my trades are on even from the dashboard can't even close my trades even with the big spreads this is not good not happy with this as am expecting better service wont be happy to lose my trades

This is one of those prop firms that look promising but when you begin to get involved with it, it turns into a literal NIGHTMARE! I have been trading with FINOTIVE for some months and it was ok, especially for scalping. Low spreads, low commissions and good conditions overall... Until you get funded... Bro, out of nowhere, you begin to experience unbearable slippage on your entries. And worse, the orders take forever to execute making you lose on both entries and exits. Scalpers know why this is bad. As if the crappy execution wasn't enough, they show a list of BIZARRE metrics on your dashboard, things that make literally no sense like: - If more than 40% of your positions are not held for more than 120 seconds, you get a "strike", meaning they reduce your next payout to 10%, regardless of the outcome. - If more than 20% of your profit comes from the first half of Asia session, you get another strike. Like what about people who can trade only this session? this is ridiculous, they call it "liquidity abuse", say what? Wait wait... the worse is yet to come. - They will strike you if you decide to trade one side of the market...Forcing you to take positions on the opposite side just so you can avoid triggering the "One-sided rule". - They will also strike you if your volume is concentrated on one side. Making the same rule count as two strikes because they will close the account on your fifth strike. - You cannot have more than 2% of the ORIGINAL starting balance in floating loss, regardless of your current day starting balance. Like if you have a 10K account, you will FOREVER be forced to have a stop loss below 200 bucks regardless of how much you grow the account. I get it, they gotta make money somehow, but this is not fair at all. It's just predatory! I do not recommend this firm. It will leave a bitter taste to your trading.

Extremely disappointing experience. My funded account has been frozen for over a month due to an alleged hedging violation. During this entire time, I have received no final decision, no meaningful updates, and no clear explanation despite repeatedly contacting the compliance team. Blocking a trader's account and funds for such a long period without transparency or a reasonable timeframe is completely unacceptable. A professional company should communicate clearly and resolve compliance cases promptly, not leave customers waiting indefinitely. At this point, I have lost confidence in Finotive Funding. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think carefully before depositing money or relying on them, as you may end up waiting for weeks or even months without any resolution or communication.

Think Twice Before Paying This Company My experience with Finotive has been extremely disappointing, and honestly, I regret putting my money into this company. The biggest problem was the restrictions placed on Gold (XAUUSD). I was unable to trade with the lot size I reasonably expected based on the account size and leverage presented when I purchased the account. These restrictions seriously affected my ability to execute my trading strategy. What is the point of purchasing an account under certain advertised conditions if significant restrictions can later prevent you from actually trading it properly? But the payout rules are even more concerning. According to their rules, if 70% of your trades are in one direction or concentrated on one instrument, this can be considered a violation and can affect your payout. In my case, this meant that after doing the work and generating profits, the amount I was actually entitled to receive could be reduced to only 10%. This makes absolutely no sense to me as a trader. The market does not move according to an artificial quota of buy trades versus sell trades. If the market spends an entire week in a strong bullish trend and my strategy produces valid buy setups, why should I be forced to take trades in the opposite direction just to satisfy an arbitrary percentage? A trader should be judged on risk management, execution and profitability, not punished simply because their strategy correctly identifies the prevailing market direction. The biggest lesson I learned is this: You can follow your strategy, manage your risk, make profits — and still find yourself restricted by rules that have nothing to do with whether your trading is actually good or bad. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to read every single rule carefully and understand exactly what can happen to your profits before paying for an account. There are plenty of other prop firms out there. Personally, I would rather take my money somewhere with rules that allow traders to actually trade their strategy instead of constantly worrying about whether profitability itself will trigger another restriction. And yes, maybe the company will be happy to see a review like this. Because if the rules make it difficult for traders to actually win and withdraw their profits, then apparently the business model is working exactly as intended.

The rules are overly restrictive and make the trading conditions unnecessarily difficult. In addition to the Liquidity Abuse rule, traders face restrictions on trading in only one direction, trading the same instrument/currency repeatedly, and opening consecutive trades. These rules can interfere with normal trading strategies and risk management, especially when market conditions clearly favor one direction. The combination of these restrictions, low thresholds, and severe payout penalties creates an environment where traders can be penalized for normal trading behavior rather than genuine abuse. I believe the rules should be simplified, more transparent, and focused on preventing actual exploitation rather than restricting legitimate trading str

I had a fair experience with Finotive Funding, though didn't manage to get funded but I plan to get an account and keep trying. I also love their welcome bonus in launching the broker, I think it's generous but the lot size requirement is too high - 4 lots max is acceptable. Support is responsive on emails. Otherwise, good job for revitalising your whole system.

I would strongly advise prospective traders to exercise caution before investing significant time and money with this firm. Based on my experience, they appear willing to process smaller payouts, but when accounts reach higher payout levels, various reasons may be given to deny or reduce payments. The reality of proprietary trading is that only a very small percentage of traders successfully reach the payout stage. After investing substantial amounts in challenge fees and funded accounts, traders who eventually achieve profitability should reasonably expect the company to honour its commitments. In my case, after several unsuccessful attempts, I finally reached a payout stage. However, my payout was rejected on the grounds of alleged over-leveraging and a claim that I was not trading independently. I found these accusations both disappointing and unfounded. Throughout my trading activity, I monitored and complied with the firm's stated notional value and leverage limits. These concerns were only raised once I became eligible for a payout. The experience left me questioning the company's intentions and business practices. From my perspective, the reasons provided appeared inconsistent with the rules I had followed during the evaluation process. I encourage anyone considering this firm to conduct thorough due diligence and carefully review the experiences of other traders before committing funds. My personal experience has led me to lose confidence in the company's ability to fairly and consistently honour trader payouts. ----added after Finotive responded to my original review: It is interesting that you were able to take the time to respond publicly to this review, yet my email regarding the incorrect strikes on my account, which I believe may have resulted from a coding or system error, remains unanswered. Anyone familiar with the proprietary trading industry understands that traders are not investing capital with prop firms in the traditional sense. Therefore, your response misses the point entirely. More concerning is the fact that you state you cannot identify me. That raises the question of how many other traders have experienced similar issues. Before writing this review, I deliberately avoided reading the experiences of other traders because I wanted my comments to be based solely on my own dealings with your company. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I would be interested to hear your explanation for why an £80 payout was processed without any concerns being raised, yet when larger amounts became involved, issues suddenly appeared. Likewise, why was my complaint regarding erroneous strikes on a £100,000 account left unanswered until it had already affected my trading performance? From what I have seen, a common reason given for denying payouts is the allegation that a trader is "not trading independently." If I were to review the list of traders who have been refused payouts on those grounds, I would not be surprised to find myself among them. Traders deserve clear communication, transparency, and consistent application of the rules. Based on my experience, I did not receive those standards, and I believe prospective traders should take that into account before deciding to do business with your firm.

Very good firm with transparent rules, and tight spreads. The dashboard is very user friendly also. I also love the fact that payout is weekly, and it is very easy and smooth. The only little negative I have is that payouts are processed on Fridays, but U need to initiate it on Thursday, so U need to wait almost 24 hours for your payout. Also wish one could hold trades overnight without having to worry about overnight swap fee. I have never had a reason to contact support, so for now I can't speak on that. So overall, I am loving every bit of my time with them.. my account is currently in drawdown though, but I'm hoping to come out from it and get my second payout. I highly recommend them.

Fast payouts, complete transparency, and excellent customer service with quick responses. I usually request my payout on Thursday, and I receive the money on Friday.

i purchased an Instant Account from them, for my first trade i made 2% and request for payout, then they review 2days for just 1 trade, and finally only make payout. eventually i burst that account afterwards and purchased another new Instant Funding account. This time i made 4% in 2 days, and request for a payout to breakeven my purchase price for the account, then start saying KYC issue and need enhance KYC. previously no such issue. then ask for compliance call and ask strategy those, since my strategy only risk max 1 % per time. during that call, my phone unable to share screen and i show the camera onto my desktop screen to explain my strategy. after 2 days, they sent me email saying during compliance call i am using 2 devices, so my call was failed. stop my payout, never payback my initial purchase and stop me in future. i have friends did a multiple payout, weekly he made payout around 1.5k then no issue. In my opinion, this company if u can make 2-3k payout in few days they will start finding problem and kick u out . P.S. during the trade time, other than the normal spread and commission roundturn, yr profit will always missing by 5-10pips per position. i even recorded the video and send them no as usual no news, saying is slippage. but those trade made during normal hours, not peak hours or news hours... and most trade will deduct 5pips ++ which is very consistent.

My experience with Finotive Funding has been positive, especially after taking multiple payouts from them. In the prop firm industry, payouts are the real test, and that’s where Finotive has delivered consistently for me. Each payout I requested was processed in a clear and professional manner, without unnecessary delays or confusion. What I personally like is the transparency of the payout system. The rules are clearly defined, so you know exactly when you are eligible and how the process works. That gives confidence, especially when you are managing funded accounts long term. I never felt uncertain about whether my payout would be approved once all conditions were met. The trading conditions also remained consistent even after payouts. There was no change in execution, no sudden restrictions, and no pressure from the firm, which is something many traders worry about after withdrawing profits. Support has been responsive whenever I had questions related to payouts or account status. Communication felt professional and respectful. Overall, after multiple payouts, Finotive Funding has proven to me that they are focused on long term traders and sustainability rather than short term marketing. Based on my experience, they have earned my trust.

This is an excellent company. I've withdrawn funds from them twice so far and I'm continuing to do so. I tried many other companies offering instant funding accounts and lost a lot of money. I struggled until I found this reputable company.

I would like to share my experience. My account was blocked due to KYC verification, as I could not provide proof of address in time. I am based in Iraq, where circumstances can make this process challenging, and I was given only 72 hours to submit the required document. I had to request a bank statement from another city, as there is no branch in my location, and the bank could not provide it within the 72-hour timeframe. Unfortunately, this led to my account being blocked. I sincerely request the company to kindly reconsider the account suspension and allow me additional time to submit a valid proof of address.
