Summary
Multiple reviewers allege that Finexro (and related sites/apps like Bitcoinera/Finexro webtrader) is a scam: they report seeing fake YouTube ads or being cold-called by changing mobile numbers and pressured to invest by different "account managers." Customers describe a simulated trading platform that shows inflated profits but prevents withdrawals, giving repeated excuses, demanding additional payments (taxes, fees or further deposits), or closing accounts and charging release fees. Many say phone lines and emails are unresponsive, calls turn threatening or harassing, and staff use false UK/Cyprus addresses and unregistered trader identities. Reviewers name several individuals supposedly involved and note the company lacks FCA/CySEC regulation and appears newly registered (since 2020). Several people lost significant sums and warn others to avoid the firm; a few report using third-party recovery services that helped reclaim funds. Overall the feedback consistently warns to stay away, keep money in your bank, and report the firm to police and relevant regulators.

VERY BAD!!!! I put $250 dolars to Finexro. So they per 3 month grove up my account to $7K, ofcourse pretend money, finexro failed to prove me that 7K is real and it is my money, I had realy on their words during phone conversations all the time. They failed to provide me written account statement! I decided to withdraw all money and close account, from this moment all trouble began. Never ever happened that moment, Finexro warnished. On "withdrawal day I was told on the phone, (not via e-mail) that my account is worth 2.3 bitcoin - after 3 months, "that's how they perform well", it was worth around £72K to withdraw. In order for me to get such amount I received demand I have to pay Tax on that sum now, before withdrawal 35%, I refused. Then they sweetened situation, by telling me 10% they will cover 25% I have to cover myself - how "nice they looked", but suddenly it turned the situation, they are not paying me anything, but want money from me!!! (£25K -35%), (£18K - 25%) to Finex... account. Finexro will tell you anything you like to hear!!! Remember I never ever payed them required lumps of money they asked, and they left me for a while, which I think is not true. As I receive various phone-calls from somebody I never ever heard, periodicly, with offer to invest money with them, I dont know whom. What is common between new scamer and Finexro, sentences are used the same word to word - very suspicious!!! I ended up with losing $250!!! Two person involed in this Jhon Smith ( technical department he suppose to be British but strong accent of some African country, Lauren Deen (Head of Advisors, very slippery lady) - STAY AWAY FROM THEM & Finexro. DURING THIS 3 MONTHS I RECEIVED OTHER MANAGER CALLS WITH REQUEST TO INVEST WITH THEM MORE MONEY, ARROUND 15 CALLS ( 15 DIFFERENT MANAGERS). ALL FINEXRO WANTS IS TO GET YOUR MONEY. Im sorry to hear all peaple lost their life savings, or family money. I am glad I went through all this, now I have full story how scammers and froudsters operate!!!!!

These people are disgusting, after initial investment was hounded with calls to reinvest ... literally first thing in morning everyday and after reassurance from MR John Burr, my personal manager was assured all safe and above board, however after spending a few days reviewing tried withdrawal process, received emails confirming my request each time and nothing happened. Rang every no, emailed constantly until 1 morning had a call and believe me I was hounding them, this guy rang threatening me, take my house, my pension, was going to ruin me financially, told me I owed them money, they’d never received my money was really shouting until I told him I was recording the call then he hung up. My bank helped me get 2nd investment back but lost the initial one altogether. Stay away from FINEXRO

This business is a total scam. They reel you in, make you feel good with their phishing, take your money and put it straight into their pockets. They let you believe you are trading by giving you login access to a webtrader-finexro platform. It's all a front. There is no trading going on. The whole set up is non- transparent. They use addresses in the UK which they do not operate out of. You cannot speak to them on the telephone numbers which appears on their website. Only they can call you; from different mobile numbers each time. They make promises which will never materialise. You cannot make withdrawals. If you stand up to them they close account and charge 9% of the balance on the account to release your money. You will never see a penny of any funds you give to this outfit. Nick Walsh, Tom Spencer, Heidi Miller, Jeffrey Roberts are the driving forces behind this scam. BE WARNED. STAY CLEAR.

No official registered traders. They are scam trying to get the money out of your pockets. You will be called by different "account managers", Nick Walsh,Rachel Haze,... to invest. They never use the same phone number. When you try to withdrawl your money the have all sorts of excuses not to transfer the money. Company only exist since Oct.2020 (reg. 12938382) They have no FCA or CYSEC registration. If you got scammed by them make a report to the police (local and UK) and CYSEC since they claim to have an address in Cyprus.

I found a video Ad on YouTube, I followed the link with contact detail. A few days later someone from the UK called on my Mobile. Straight away something didn't feel right. I've checked the website out and I've found countless stories of people being done out of thousands of pounds of their hard earned cash. Do yourself a favour and keep it in your bank!!! I do not trust them for a second.
