When you open up an account with them they will respond to your tickets, verifications within several hours. however when you have already deposited money, they will not get back to you at all. cant withdraw anything now Be careful, scammers _____ update... my account suspended. not a single helpdesk ticket was answered. avoid these scammers
Fidelis capital is withdrawal and deposit very poor service and not respond More than one month deposit is pending and more than 10 days withdrawal pending please help me how is get back my fund.
I've been trading with them for years and have always experienced bad service from them. Days if not weeks to reply to my tickets. recently there servers went offline for over a week and they ignored my messages. I decided to withdrawal all of my funds and now it's been over a week with the withdrawal still pending. I've contacted them a number of times but they just ignore my requests. I doubt I will be getting my money back. Ovoid this broker at all costs.

Happy with Fidelis Capital Markets, I have started trading with them around 1.5 years back and gradually they have improved over Technologically and Spreads wise also. Initially it was bit hassle to reach support but later it became fine. Hope can trade with them in 2023 also if all remains well. Will keep posting about any further situations with the broker

Never got my funds. Even after weeks of messaging. I gave up. Their data server was slow and would often freeze on me sometimes well over 10 seconds, which resulted in loses. I wish that I could give them negative stars. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE SUSPECT!!
