I found myself stuck in a never-ending loop of "pending" notifications after my initial attempt to withdraw my funds. Subsequent withdrawal attempts yielded desperate emails and a barrage of customer service tickets that went nowhere. Responses were often generic and unhelpful, so endless . S b s stepped in and they retrieved my funds. They ensured that I received a complete refund.
