I made over 7 deposit while trading it's been 1 month now and then I place withdrawal FBS keep declining my withdrawal and saying it's payment system. Is this my fault. When I deposit there was no issue why now when I want to withdraw? Honestly over 4 years of trading it's My first time getting withdrawal decline from a Broker. My trading account number 18334453

Thank you for asking! I rated FBS 3 stars because I like that the platform is easy to use and deposits/withdrawals are fast. What I don’t like is that sometimes spreads are high and the platform can lag a bit. Overall, it’s good but could be improved.

I am having a deposit problem and I reached them thru WhatsApp and gave me a Reference Number. Its been weeks and still no response and problem still not resolved.
FBS is the worst broker I’ve ever used. Their withdrawal process is absurd — they even asked me to send a photo of my credit card! I couldn’t withdraw my own money and ended up losing everything. Later, I made another deposit via PIX, but when I tried to withdraw, they forced me to use the card method again, even though I didn’t deposit with a card. Their support is useless and started rejecting my withdrawal requests for no reason. Because of this, I lost money that I should have been able to withdraw. Totally unacceptable. I’m removing all my clients from FBS — stay away from this broker!
FBS is the first broker I've ever used. It's very easy to use and the deposit and withdrawal are very smooth and immediately. With fbs I don't make chart 📉📈 analysis on trading views, I trade and make my analysis on FBS even with the meta trader platform. I'll say FBS is the best off all time.
