Every time I reach out for help, they send me in circles, giving false information, empty promises and no real solution. It feels like they’re holding my money hostage, preventing me from moving forward with my life. The lack of honesty and accountability is unbelievable. I've been met with racism and feminism and I've explained how sick I am and they still hold on to my money I have asked them over and over again for help I just want what’s rightfully mine but instead I’ve been met with delay after delay and complete disregard for my situation .
