Summary
Users report an initially smooth, user‑friendly onboarding with helpful "personal traders" and convincing demo profits, but consistently encounter blocked withdrawals and silence once they attempt to cash out. Many describe repeated requests for additional payments or ludicrous legal excuses to delay payouts, fake withdrawal proofs or invoices (sometimes with blockchain logos), and bogus staff identities and nonworking company email addresses. Several reviewers checked with the FCA and found the platform’s claims false, named alleged representatives (e.g. Ethan Walker, Frank Midletone), and call the service a scam. Victims warn others not to share personal information, demand caution, and mention using recovery or complaint services (Comptoñhübs, evidentltd) to try to get refunds. Overall, reviewers characterize the broker as fraudulent and advise avoiding it entirely.

Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Like many others, all was good until I wanted to withdraw some funds. They requested I send further sums (an alleged requirement of the FCA - which I found out was total rubbish as I checked with the FCA who were very helpful) which I refused to do. They would not refund anything at all. These guys (Ethan Walker, Frank Midletone - if they are their real names!) are scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Too good to be true (scam!) In the beginning everything went well but however, suspicious woke when they start to make different ludicrous reasons why I cannot make any withdraws! They tried to get more and more money from me for future investments but it was all scam! They have these nice looking websites and so called "web trader" platform but everything is just pure scam! The main personel in their websites, does not exist. Their company email address, it´s not real (it does not exist). DO NOT SHARE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFROMATION WITH THIS COMPANY! THIS IS FRAUD!

This is a fake company! And pure scam! At first they are super nice and helpful and your "personal trader" will be in touch with you all the time by showing great profits from the fake trades (in their own web trader site) but when the time comes and you want to make your first withdraw, they won´t let you. They are making all the different excuses which their "legal team" are looking into and they are postponing the actual withdraw over and over. And the funniest thing is that in "proof of withdraw" they are sending you some fake invoice with a Blockchain logo on it. Go and check it out of that company´s reviews from this site. Fake and scam company too! Do not trust this company! This is SCAM!

I was so happy to finally get a qualified teacher who could learn me more about trading. She was so nice and seemed so clever. Everything was so good, until I would like to withdraw from the account. All my money in the bank was used, and I couldn't withdraw from the expochains account. So I called them and told them the problem. I haven't heard from them since.

What caught my eye about this platform is that it's so easy to use and the benefits are just amazing. There isn't anything negative at all! Some features would make me want more from their service through - integration with other payment options or dialects in the interface so people can speak their native language.
