I will explain it here so that it will get taken seriously. Im from the Philippines. i have 4 different transactions with 2 different bank accounts (2 transaction on each) on September 30, 2025. I made 4 deposits and made 4 refund request. You kept on saying that since this is a same day deposit and refund my funds should have remained in reserve. But my bank stipulated that they dont have that kind of policy, they dont hold any funds or they dont hold it in reserve since they dont do that. They can see that you deducted the amounts of deposit to my bank account so it was clear that the funds went to exness. I understand what your explaining that my bank might not clear the debit etc or holding it in reserve but again they said they dont do that and they dont have that kind of policy. Our findings indicate that both the deposit and refund were processed on the same day.
