I was conned by these guys in 2020 but managed to get them to refund my payment of £6000 and signing an ‘NDA’. It seems that they have now had enough heat to move on to another fraud where they are claiming to appointed by the FCA to help get people’s money back (even though I got my money back, they claimed I was owed more and that they needed to be able to trace my transactions to be able to get funds back). Even came up with the ‘I’ve been working on this case for 2 years to get this company shut down. Now I want to get people their money back.’ They even gave me a valid JMR reference number to identify themselves on the FCA website. Needless to say, the individual who hose JMR it was I emailed directly and he was very concerned that someone was using his JMR to impersonate him! If you are contacted by the someone claiming to be appointed by the FCA don’t fall for it. It should be highly obvious that someone with a Dutch accent is claiming to be in the UK with a London number after working hours. Also the obvious push to get you to install AnyDesk so that they can trace transactions (this gives them access to everything on your computer including your online banking so don’t install anything!). The number I was called from was +44 20 3535 0038. Don’t fall for a second scam from the same criminal enterprise. eXcentral had too much heat so now they are setting up a new scam, very badly I must say.
Through a buddy, I learned about "Calmo’ s hub" and I've been enjoying working with them ever since. Your consistent, effective, and timely customer assistance is greatly appreciated by me. Because I was so captivated by how quickly everything transpired, I ignored the warning signs and fell victim to the falsified 5-star reviews here. It depresses me that I never received a profit or my money back, despite their persistent pleas for money, promising me prosperity if I gave it to them.

I lost an extremely lot of money and I’m ashamed to say how much , I should have realised before keep putting more money in . Woke up one morning everything had gone , I spoke to Ian my advicer to be told that they was no longer allowed to operate from Cyprus and everything had gone . Heartbreaking
Made the mistake of investing money with excentral. Everything seemed legit but then when I couldn't withdraw my money, I knew something was up A few weeks went when I was contacted by someone claiming to be from an anti-fraud company investigating fraudulent companies. They had gotten my details from excentral. However, this just seemed like another scam, so I never pursued getting my money back
They are a scam. They gave bad investment advise at the beginning, not fully explaining the bank would be taking money from your account daily for every trade that you didn't sell. After a while they kept phoning me trying to convince me to invest more money, even though I made it clear I was not going to increase the amount. While I was slowly investing, making small amounts, losing small amounts, they left me alone, but one day my password wouldn't work and they sent an email to reset it, but the email didn't link to anything. After that, I could no longer access my account and no-one would respond to my multiple email. I guess I have lost all of the money I had in the account.
this eXcentral is a 100% Scam, I'm not go into detail how they do things because is enough people explaining here what they are and what they do to still your money, excentral is a big Scam trading company, with people trained to still your money. i was one of them that lost money with this scammers, the reason why I'm writing this review is to Alert people not to get involved with this Scammers.
I got wrecked by eXcentral, they took all I had and stopped responding to me. the PTSD still hangs with me, it is difficult to trust any one right now. if not for the intervention of Clampbak I would be in huge debts right now.
Having no experience with Forex and CDFs I was lured by advertising in Internet and Registered with eXcentral. My Manager Matheous Admasu promised me “safe trading” and “education”. He did not explain me any trading instrument, nor did Matheus disclosed the risks just pushed to invest more, persuading me with guaranteed profits. Matheous Admasu literally tolled me :” You must invest, if you don't have any more money. Take money from your brother, take money from your mother, take money from your father. I promise you, you will get it back multiplied by 3 ”. I listened to him and transferred to the company 72 000 in less than a month, taking almost all the money from the pension savings of my elderly mother. At the same time, Matheous Admasu guided me to open the trades I did not understand in the huge volume. This strategy led to a catastrophe, leading to the loss of the entire amount of money I paid to ExCentral to in less than a month. I tried to solve the issue with the company, asking for a full refund, or at least a reimbursement for what they have taken from my mother. I explained the company that it was wrong to handle me as a professional customer, and yet to not explain anything and lie about the profits and the risks. I hoped Excentral would acknowledge the failure and compensate for the malicious strategy of the Manager. Instead, the company denied all the wrongdoing, trying to silence me with a sum, less than a quarter of stolen funds. So I decided to ask the Ombudsman of Cypress for help and justice. Excentral promised safe investment. No matter how much I complained and tried to prove the company they neglected my case, Excentral continued to prove that I myself am guilty. Yet after five months of trying to find a solution, they did not return me the money I was made to take from my elderly mother, suggesting a miserable offer - not covering even a third of my lost funds!!! Do not invest with ExCentral!!
SEVERE BREECH OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BY EXCENTRAL TEXT I have entrusted my money to ExCentral and lost over 32K Euro through their investment strategy! Ex Central lost my money through failing to explain to me the instruments and risks of trading. I was misadvised to open multiple loosing trades, stolen money through Swaps, called multiple times a day and pressured upon to invest more and more. I lost everything I entrusted to the company, ExCerntral deleted my account. I complained to the company, asking to investigate. After many months of investigation, they sent me a waver for a third of my lost investment. ON AUGUST 10 2021 I signed the waver with a EXENTRAL. THREE MONTHS AGO EXCENTRAL PROMISED MY COMPENSATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL AND YET EXCENTRAL LIED!!! My trading account is still not valid, and EXCENTRA failed to send the compensation to my bank even after many letters and confirmations. EXCENTRAL ARE COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS! EXCENTRAL SCAMS THE CUSTOMERS! KEEP AWAY FROM them!

They assured me that I would make a lot of money by investing with them. So naturally I believed them and invested little by little up to 21250 Eur. When I wanted to withdraw the profits, my account managers always told me that it was not the right time, until I lost all my money. So I filed several complaints with their support in order to get my money back but I didn't get any answer until a few days ago when they replied saying that they will take a minimum of two months to investigate my complaint! But what is this? Olá, venho aqui compartilhar minha experiência que tive com a excentral que não foi nada boa,mim lesaram e tiraram todas as minhas economias que fiz durante minha vida,pois assim q fiz meu cadastro mim ligaram imediatamente solicitando que eu fizesse deposito para ativar minha conta e começar a ter lucros e então não parou de solicitar depósito até chegar a um total de $25.000,00(vinte cinco mil dólares) sendo que sempre mim ligava era o gerente de conta o Srº Rolando melaco e o Srº Jorge Hernandes o chamado Guru das inversões ( pura ilusão)pois mim pediram pra fazer duas operações com 10.000 barris de petróleo cada uma até consumir todo meu saldo e não deixavam q eu stopasse a operação, dizendo que iria ser revertido e se desse alguma coisa de errado eles dariam um bônus no total de $20.000,00(vinte mil dólares) ou seja,eles faziam você acreditar que seria verdade.Mas tudo foi por terra, após perder todos os fundos mudaram de atitude e nem email respondiam.pois bem, peço a quem foi investir nesta farça que não caia na história bonita deles,pura ilusão amigos por favor não invistam na EXCENTRAL pois não terão suas reservas de volta. Someone called Jennifer called me from what sounded like a nightclub and when I asked to turn the músic down she said she was unable to do so. The only thing and could do was speak louder send faster to I guess create greater confusion. She kept on asking what I wanted to know and also if I had say experience in trading. I told her to close my account as it smelt like a scam speaking to someone in a nightclub. She started arguing about me questioning their professionalism due to the loud music. Felt J was treated in a very condescending was, smelling scam all the way with distraction tactics. Glad I didn't give any money and just for the record I tried to register with bit.iq and it diverted me directly to excentral.
Update on my first review.... I was promised my money back after10 days...I,my expected to verify my account which entails giving them permission to draw money from my credit card..THIS IS CRIMINAL!!!!!
