Summary
Customers report that Excellence Markets appears to be an unlicensed, fraudulent broker that lures investors with attractive offers, assigns fake account managers, and pressures clients to deposit funds. One reviewer says they lost £9,500 after being charged undisclosed “tax” fees and then denied withdrawals; when attempting a Bitcoin withdrawal the firm blamed a supposedly incorrect wallet address. Support allegedly disappeared after deposits, and at least one person reported the company to the FCA while another says a recovery service (AEGIS TIDEE) later intervened. Multiple users also claim the broker sells personal data and subjects victims to persistent, harassing calls from different numbers and emails, with callers requesting remote access to computers and presenting fake credentials. Reviewers warn others to avoid dealing with Excellence Markets.

This is a scam. They sell your data and ou get horrendous calls from rude people who pretend they want to give you loads of money back and all they want is access to your computer. I have been subjected to calls for the last 6 months and when I refuse to do what they want, they take pleasure in taunting me and making calls from different phone numbers all hours of the day. They even email you to show their credentials with false information of other people's passports. This is more than a scam, it is pure and utter harassment.

Support vanished and became unavailable just like that and I never hear from them again. I feel cheated on but fortunately for me AEGIS TIDEE held them down and justice was served.

Don't fall for the lies of this scam brokerage, they are dubious scammers posing as professional brokers. The company is unlicensed and unfit to manage the investments of anyone. They bait investors with favorable benefits and incentives on their investment deals. I fell for one of their tricks and opened an account. I was given a fake account manager to handle any requests or issues I might have. The manager convinced me to fund my account with money. I invested a total of 9500 GBP and waited for my money to grow. I requested for my money after a month, to which I was asked to pay undiscussed tax charges on the investment. I was still denied access to my money after paying the fees. After that I tried to withdraw using Bitcoin, but they said I mistaken the Wallet Address, WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!! I reported them to the FCA, whom informed me about the illegitimacy of Excellence Markets. I urge you to stay away from Excellence Markets. They will just steal your money.
