Summary
Reviewers allege Exbank.ca and affiliated services (Bitcoin 360ai and related "blockchain" companies) are fraudulent, reporting blocked logins, disconnected phone numbers and vanished websites after attempted withdrawals. Multiple customers report losing large sums—claims range around $100,000 to $130,000—with operators allowing a small initial payout to build trust, then demanding more money for fees/taxes or larger investments and ultimately blocking access when victims refuse. Complainants name specific representatives (e.g., Nathan Adler, Michael Swarztman, Toni R Brown, James Goodman) and say fake five-star reviews with poor grammar are posted to mask the scam. Victims state banks and police have been informed and warn others not to send any funds or trust follow-up "help" calls from supposed blockchain companies.

This company was a fraud. They apparently have over $100,000. of my money and would not release even $5000. if I did not send them $16,000. first .... I refused and since then they have disappeared from the universe. No website, No phone, No email etc.... Now a fake "Blockchain" company is calling me to "help" me withdraw my money. BAD EXPERIENCE, FAKE COMPANIES !!

Please be aware of the fake reviews. Exbank has been confirmed to be a scam and a fraud. Notice that once a bad review is posted, good reviews with poor grammar show up.

Exbank.ca and Bitcoin 360ai blocked my account when we wouldn't deposit anymore money and tried to do a withdrawal. phone numbers disconnected and login to the exbank.ca site is blocked. They stole $128000. We've been dealing with professional scammers by the names of Nathan Adler, Michael swarztman,Toni R Brown, James Goodman. Do not believe anything they say as they are lying and only trying to convince you to give them your money and then more money and more money. They allow a small insignificant withdrawal and tell you the rally is coming and don't miss out. Give more. Then if you dont and try to withdraw a large amount everything changes and that is when they make up stories of why withdrawl doesn't work and then block your access on the site to do anything. After more lies that are told to you and they request you pay more money for fees and taxes and you don't they block your login to the site and no further communication.

Isn’t it funny that as soon as there are a few negative reviews posted on this site that bring their rating down, they create tons of 5 star rating reviews to boost their rating higher. Do not get fooled by the 5 stars reviews, THEY ARE SCAMMERS and you will LOSE all your money if you invest your hard earned money with them.
