I'm trying to log in, but the login page is down or under maintenance, and I haven't received any response. I've sent emails to the support area asking how I can access my dashboard for days now, and there's no reply.
I've been waiting for my money for over a month now. They keep saying it's being sent. Eurotrader is probably bankrupt already! Don't deposit anything. UPDATE: Still nothing
My reviews keep getting removed, which is not fair. They are trying to remove my experience with them. Long story short i was winning and the trading spreads got increased to turn my profit in to a loss. I checked elsewhere and this price spike did not happen elsewhere. I am happy to provide the supporting evidence again as I screenshotted my mt5 chart. This is not okay people need to know the truth, i have tried reaching out to support but when you try to complain they just stop answering
Where to start ? They can't be trusted if you're a partner. They went against our signed contract. Now kartikey just plays delay tactics hoping we will just forget, we won't. They have revoked access to are partner account. However they shared the revenue before doing this so it is known they are in profit since the start. I would highly suggest avoiding they cannot be trusted and expect you to roll over when they change up on you. They have my contact info and this review will be amended / updated if they reach out to make this right. Even still they don't pay properly and if it takes reviews to speak with them finally and reach a settlement then so be it.
Months of waiting. They have avoided communication or making things right. i cannot recommend this place to clients or partners. Their team have shown us that they are in profit, even though they broke our signed deal they still have not made it right or reached out to me to reach a settlement. Avoid. I will update this review if they make steps to make their actions correct. They all have my contact information and their internal team have the email our partner account is attached to + where they sent the signed agreement too. I am waiting for this to be made right
Abusive Clause 23.2 of Eurotrader’s Terms and Conditions. Classic b-book clause to force you trade and eventually lose. 25€ Withdrawal fee. Have to repeat verification for withdrawal when I was alrecy positevily KYCed. Slow three-weeks withdrawal wait. Severe slippage. UPDATE: Provided account info to Trust.pilot for verification

I live in Egypt, but I work in the EU and occasionally travel around Europe. My colleagues recommended me this broker and I have been using it for 6 months now, making successful trades. In general I can recommend Eurotrader as it has good spreads and a very easy to understand interface.
I've only been trading for a few weeks and I finally managed to make my first successful trade;) Unfortunately I wasn't good at it before, other platforms I tried were not intuitive, but this one is very easy to use. I will definitely continue to use it and then we'll see, if it's as good as it is, I'll stay on it for sure

I have been trader for over 7 years, I have tried many different brokers and at the moment I have settled on Eurotrader, as this platform has all the necessary tools to make big trades. In general, if I were to start my way in trading again, I would choose this platform because of its convenience and good spreads, adequate support.

Excellent beginning for a novice, the application is easy to use and convenient, the deposit is quick to replenish and withdraw, the investment terms are favorable, and it originated in the EU.
For me, as an experienced trader, it is important that the broker is reliable and has been verified. Eurotrader is just one of them, for a couple of years I have made more than 430 trades with them and I have not had any problems. If you are a professional, I recommend this broker.

Good morning I challenge EUROTRADER to respond on this email with proof that they didn't refuse to pay me my withdrawals because I have screen shot of our conversations with them yet they are still acting Innocent like nothing happened and I have all the rights to call them a scam Broker. On the 19th of March I traded USD Fed interest Rate and I made profit so after closing my trades been holding I got an email from them terminating my account and I did nothing wrong.
This Broker gave all the reasons to call it a scam Broker. I would like to warn anyone who is about to fund their accounts on this Broker. Once you make profit your account gets terminated. You will be forced to surrender your profits. If you want to be frustrated, fund and make profits you will also come here to warn others. I don't recommend them anymore. They are very abusive.

Attempts to Resolve: I contacted their support team, but they only responded with vague and general terms without citing any real proof of wrongdoing. Why This is Unfair? I have not engaged in any fraudulent activities, market manipulation, or violations of trading rules. Eurotrader’s response is based on mere suspicions rather than solid evidence. They refuse to offer an appeal process, which raises concerns about their fairness and transparency. Bad broker, at least the EU brand. Plenty slippage and they set to "close only" the American indexes as they wish which speaks loudly how the manage their Books. Not recommended.

I traded with this company for about 2–3 years. Initially, I was unprofitable, but there were no issues—the customer service was great, the spreads were good. Fast forward to this year, I started making consistent profits, and they began employing questionable tactics to try to make me lose money. First, I had a no-commission + tight spread account. As soon as I started making money, they removed the commission-free option and switched me to a "raw spread" account. However, the spreads were always subpar, and they began charging me commissions without any notification—not even an email. Then, after one of my biggest months, they changed my account again without telling me. They removed my "raw spread" and gave me the worst spreads and executions possible to gain an edge. That’s when I realized they don’t want you to make money. They’re likely a small broker operating without a real office, selling over-the-counter contracts with poor spreads simply to prevent profitable clients from succeeding. Despite their efforts, I still managed to make money. However, I’d advise you to do your research; there are plenty of better brokers out there with fair spreads and executions. Don’t trust this company with your hard-earned money. If you're unprofitable, you might be fine here, but as soon as you start making good money, switch to another broker. Worst Customer Support SCAM Company I made a deposit 2 days ago via crypto but still fund did not arrive in my wallet. I contacted support they said to wait 24 hours after 24 hours I contacted them again then they said wait 48 hours because they can't do anything if its an issue from there service provider. I have contacted support 4 times but they are not helpful at I asked them to investigate but they said they can't do anything and I just need to wait. I do not know what is the point of support when client have to just wait. Now its been over 48 hours and still I do not know where is my deposit. I email them 3 times but still the last respond I got from support via email is ( Please be aware that crypto deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your wallet.) Are they serious I am keep on following from 2 days and still this is your answer. Please be aware from this scam company.
