Ethereum Vest customer reviews

Summary
Reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with many users calling Ethereum Vest a scam and warning others not to invest. Common complaints: persistent, aggressive cold-calling from different numbers; pressure from untrained, rude account managers to deposit larger sums; scripted interactions and refusal to delete personal data or comply with GDPR requests; and refusal, delay or extortionate demands (additional “fees”) when users try to withdraw funds. Several people report manipulated or fake account interfaces showing false profits, being encouraged to give remote access to their computers, and losing hundreds to thousands of euros/pounds. Multiple reviewers say the company’s website or previous domains are down, positive reviews seem fake or company-generated, and some have reported the fraud to authorities. A few users describe satisfactory help from specific managers (names mentioned) and small profits, but most experiences describe unprofessional, abusive behaviour and inability to recover money, so the general advice from reviewers is to avoid Ethereum Vest.

1 star is too generous this is a total scam. Stay away would be my advice. “The Company” advices you to set up an account with them. You actually think you have an account but that is just a fake one. The money you send is s definitely never returning, at least not to you. It’s a horrible process to try and get it back!!

Ethereum Vest is the biggest Scam and Fraud going! They coned my wife to invest into Crypto Currency, you have no idea where your money ends up, when you try to withdraw, the try to con you again to place more money into an account to withdraw. We have lost a significant amount of money with this company, Steer Clear! We have also reported them to ASIC and the Police for Fraud.

Ethereum -Vest is definitely a scam. Please stay away from this company. I have just been scammed and can’t believe I was taken in. They don’t even deserve one star.

Ethereum Vest is definitely a scam company. ALL the negative points you read on Trustpilot and other review sites is true. I know, I’ve experienced all of them. I unfortunately was duped by them over several months and was persuaded to invest a considerable amount. I then requested a withdrawal and was told until I pay 11%fees the account was frozen instantly. My account manager then went off “sick” and I was transferred to another person who said he could not help me as he was not authorised. He was very rude and abusive and not interested in helping me. I have lost all my investment so Please DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I show this advertised on Martin Lewingtons money website. I click on the link within that site and it took me to Etheruem-vest.com. Thinking this must be trust worthy company. Initially to open an account you have to invest 244 euros to set up an account with this company. Which I did. They then give you a carrot to invest in certain crypto currencies like XDGUSD. It starts with small amount of investment and returns of profit. I thought great. They also dangle another great option of making 350% profit on £1000 investment. I realised quite late this company is a SCAM and now trying to get my money back is impossible. I have lost £1220 as result. Don’t go there. Hope this helps others who may fall into the trap. Avoid Ethereum-vest.com is a total SCAM

I don’t think Ethereum Vest is a scam. I invested and Mike was my manager. I contacted support telling them that Mike was not a good manager. He left me hanging on. They introduced me to Anthony Davies. He’s a good manager and helped me understand trading. I invested more and I’m doing well except that I got sick and didn’t do any trading. When I went online, I could not log in and I got a message that my account was disabled. I contacted support and was told that MT4 is no longer available and I was provided a link to log in. I’m now logged in and ready to trade again.

They are scam. Don't trust. The positive reviews are false. Probably made by the people behind the 'company' just to give them credibility. I am still upset at how I made the huge mistake of falling into this crap. Don't do it! I saw an advertisement on Facebook in which Martin Lewis apparently promoted this 'company' so I clicked the link and that was the beginning of the end. I made the €244 they asked for and trusted them. Soon I was on the phone with Mike Bruno (probably his false name too). He made himself very friendly at the beginning, just to make me comfortable and relax talking to him. Somehow, he got me to allow him access into my computer remotely. Without realising that this way he could track me, and steal my information and money. Please do not make the same huge mistake I made. It is not worthy. Don't do it.

Hi guys, this ethereumvestco.com is big scam don't invest any money. Three weeks before I deposited 244 euros and they running the trading like profit and asking me to invest 10k or more. Daniel is the broker for me and he is very rude, no sense, very unprofessional way of talking, lying to get more money and no manners at all. Before they start the account they said for 244 euro they will give minimum 50 euro a day. This is the accretive things they tell very beginning and later it will move to a different person and he will say we never say that and this lying part keep going and they will pressure you and try to invest more money. They will tell with this small account of money can't waste our time and they leave. This account also not real and they manipulated it and show you. Even if you invest in eToro or gambling you will earn something and this is real crap and please don't waste your time and money. Please inform to police and relevant authorities. Actually I don't need to give any star but don't have any option.

Terrible customer manner! Do not have a website... unable to speak about their credentials as a company! Get very defensive asking basic questions. All they want you to do is to download their trading platform but do no due diligence. Can't believe Elon Musk or Tesla is endorsing this joke.

This is definitely a SCAM ...please stay away!!! I didn't do a proper research and made a mistake of making an account and leave some of my details there. They called me back trying to push me into making a deposit. I immediately realized it was scam and told them i wasn't interested. They have spamming me every since with calls. I have answered a few and told them i am not interested and to remove my details. Mentioned GDPR several times but they kept going on & on asking the same questions over and over again as if they were reading a script. If you raise your voice, they are becoming rude and swear back at you. I receive a few calls a week, sometimes even multiple calls a day. So my advice, stay AWAY!

Giving them 1 star is generous, some unknown person texted me the application so out of curiosity i filled the form out. When i received the phone call i told them i would do my Due Diligence and get back to them. Unfortunately all the feedback i've observed about Ethereum Vest is extremely negative so i sent an Email saying i wasn't interested. Since then they keep ringing me from different numbers each time and either try to start an argument, extremely rood or just prank call. Avoid Ethereum Vest at all cost.

I registered online for this one evening, thinking I will see how this website looks and if I find it to be a good idea I will invest. For the initial registration it only asks for your name, email and telephone number. As it was not asking for any bank details I was not that alarmed. Once I registered I did not receive any registration confirmation emails or texts. I must say I ignored it. I then started receiving calls from people stating they work with the company that is aligned with ethereum-vest and they want to help me invest. I had lost interest by this time, especially seeing how the cryptocurrency market has gone downhill and I said "thank you very much, but I am not interested in investing anymore". The person on the other line then became very insistent in a relatively rude and aggressive tone: "then tell me, why did you apply for this to start with?". I was slightly shocked with the tone this conversation took and then became really defensive about me having any interactions with them. I have had multiple calls from them (different number each time, I keep on blocking them), I must say the callers have no training in sales, as their choice of phrases and their tone if you don't do what they ask you to do would be a red flag for anyone to do any business with them. I then kept my cool at one of their calls, I started to have a discussion with the person about investing, I managed to get their name and the website of their company (as I had no information sent to me for me to go back and cancel my account). The person fell for it, they gave me the info I requested, they stayed on the line and waited for me to login. Whilst talking to them I started trying to find on the website the option of deactivating/closing my account, this was not an option. I then politely asked "out of interest, if at any point I want to close my account, how do I do this?", the person started asking "why would you want to do that?", reassured me that I could request to withdraw my funds and then all I needed to do is inform my allocated account manager that I wish to close my account. Upon questioning, the person confirmed that they were at the moment the closest I had to an account manager (as I had not fully opened the account yet). I then told them "this is my formal notice to you and your company that I want to close my account, I have no interest in investing. Please follow GDPR regulations and deactivate my account and delete my personal details from your files". Then the caller became rude and aggressive etc. at the end when I started talking about legal action, they just put the phone down on me. This was about 2months ago, I still get about 2-3calls a week, mainly I ignore them as I am at work and can't answer either way. When you try to call back any of the numbers it is a dead line. I just had another call from them, went through the same, I eventually asked the person on the line if they are aware of GDPR regulations, the person said they did not know what I was talking about, he would decline to listen to what I had to say. At the end again, he put the phone down on me mid sentence. I assume once they have passed a 5min conversation and it does not look like you will invest it is not profitable to keep talking to you, they move on to the next person. In summary: not to be trusted, definitely a scam, do not give them your real phone number.
