Summary
Multiple reviewers call the broker a scam: aggressive, persistent cold calls pressure people into signing up and grant remote access (AnyDesk) to their devices, banks or crypto wallets, after which clients cannot withdraw funds. Customer service and the finance department are reported as rude, unhelpful, and prone to hanging up or blocking clients; some victims describe being mocked on calls. One person reports losing $26,000 USDT sent to a Coinbase account that Coinbase flagged as fraudulent; others still have not recovered their money despite contacting investigators. The company allegedly uses cover stories (new bosses, fired teams) to excuse problems. Reviewers strongly warn against investing and urge reporting the firm to authorities.

Well, this compay are truly scammers. I do not get my withdrawal, they need to have access to your bankaccount, wallets they Anydesk to do withdrawels. The service from the brokers are really mean and unhelpful, they hang up and no help from their financedepartment as promised.I spent so much time trying to get my money back from this company. I recommend you not to invest and not to trust these brokers the are nice at first.....then it get worse. I still have not get my money back.

If I could give below a 1 star I would. I hope when you get a call from the company from these guys who will not let you hang up till you sign up for the initial investment, hope you atleast look up reviews of this company. They sole purpose is to gain access to your computer to steal further trading investments. I personally have experience with them. I lost money with them and they were swearing on the call, making fun after I lost the money. They are a scam and I hope law enforcement gets to them. Please save yourself from these guys. The economy is tough. Which is why scams like this are rampant. Hold on to your money, don't let these guys steal it. Report them whereever you can.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Update: After catching Fel!x out on his lie and having him message “I’m going to enjoy my 6 week boat trip in Italy with your money” my father-in-law got a phone call a week later saying it’s a new boss and they’ve fired the other team for fraud/stealing hahaha load of crap and that he is now buying coinbase (LOL) he wanted to use any desk on my father in laws device which we said no. He then sent $26,000usdt (Tether) to a coinbase account but this is also a scam because you can’t withdraw this as coinbase has detected it to be a scam…. We have touched base with a team who are investigating, sent all information/photos of the chats & all screenshots but I wanted to post an update for everyone and hopefully we’ve saved a couple people from being scammed.
