I’ve been trading with Errante for several months, and my overall experience has been very positive. The trading conditions are transparent, spreads are quite competitive, and order execution has been consistently fast — especially during the New York session. Their customer support team has also been helpful and responsive whenever I had questions about account verification or withdrawals. I really appreciate that they offer both MT4 and MT5 platforms, which makes it easier to manage trades across different devices. There’s still some room for improvement in the area of educational content and daily market analysis, but overall, Errante feels like a trustworthy and well-regulated broker. I’d recommend them to both beginner and intermediate traders looking for a stable trading environment.

I had an account with Errante broker. My account was blocked without prior notice, and 40 usd were deducted as Dormant Fee. Despite multiple requests, their support failed to provide any documentation or legal reason. Their behavior is unprofessional and lacks transparency. I advise caution when dealing with them.
I’m very grateful to the company that helped me get my money back, as shown by my display name and profile image. I wish I could give them zero stars — they don’t even deserve one. Their customer support is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers and the false information they provide. I lost $2 because of their misleading information. I asked them multiple times — almost 10 times — if they offered a deposit bonus, and every time they said yes. Based on their confirmation, I deposited money. But afterward, they told me they don’t offer deposit bonuses. It was total misinformation. That’s not all. I also asked if they charge a withdrawal fee via cryptocurrency, and again, they told me no fee. But after making the deposit, I discovered a $2 withdrawal fee. They are scammer. I send 200 usd up to their code which is in their site and inform them by mail. They havent find out solution and get by 200 usd also.
They don't have any problem for depositing, but they only get problems for withdrawing

very bad broker..please avoid. I Request wd of 100usd...and i supposed to receive RM470, but instead i only received RM404. They said i have been charge due to low trading activity.They supposed to put or highlight that 3% charge when i req wd, but no,nothing mention during the process, ..the rules are hidden and u dont realize it , and it makes easier for them to put that mistakes on you.And plus, 3%out of 100 usd..its supposed to be more than RM404..so many hidden charge..please please avoid this broker., very wide spread and slow withdrawal process..more than 12 hours.im sure not more than 2 years this broker will run away.

Have been a client for around a year and have been very pleased with Errante….Trading wise, support wise and deposits/withdrawals wise as well.
The broker has good conditions but severe slippage does happen, up to 6 times the spread. My withdrawal went fast though.
Couldn't agree more with all the comments regarding the exceptional customer expierience and reliability Errante provides. Noteworthy, is also the operation of the services, which is described in two words: smooth and accurate, all carried under an extraordinary management personnel.
I am trading with Errante newly, but have many trading history in most forex pairs. About trading I can say they do exactly according to the client agreement, Opening and Closing positions are accurate. So Far so Good and Reliable.
